Are you sure you used CDloader and not the DVDloader? When I used CDloader, I got an "invalid disc" message when swapping the Swap Magic DVD back in; plus, it's known that the CDloader doesn't work with v12's for DVDs.
As for the DVDloader... Yes, I tried using it before but with the 5v3 No PN option that swapmagicfix has listed for Pandora Tomorrow. It booted up fine and even played the intro movie, but froze up on (right on the "O"!) the "Loading..." screen after selecting Singleplayer. Other people have reported this as well.
Just to make sure, I tried the Beta 3 Splinter Cell option, and got a bright green screen in lieu of the loading screen. ;) Anyway, try starting the singleplayer campaign rather than stopping after you boot the game.

Splinter Cell Chaos Theory works with the SwapMagic 3.3 disks. No patches or loaders needed. NTSC ver.
I would love to get a link for the tutorial of how to rebuild Kessen3.
Thanks

Chaos Theory is already listed as working.
I've never managed to do anything helpful or harmful with the special boot option. Game that didn't work still didn't work with special boot, and games that already worked weren't negatively affected by special boot.
By the way, it turns out that the Metal Slug 3 JAP CD I was testing wasn't Metal Slug 3 after all, it was a non-working burn of Metal Slug 4 -- which I discovered after checking the SLPS. My bad. That's the last time I trust my friend's backups ;) I've put Metal Slug 3 JAP under working.
Frequency, though, doesn't seem to work no matter what. So I remastered it to DVD, and voila! it works fine with the Swap Magic DVD.
By the way, for the Swap Magic 3.3 CD with the Crazy Taxi volume label... I noticed that it has a SLES_501.15 file. So that one is the PAL/Europe Swap Magic CD? It would make sense if the PAL and NTSC CDs had different volume labels (perhaps "CRAZY_TAXI" for PAL and "ACTIONREPLAY" for NTSC) and contents.

One more little note on Metal Slug 4 for Japanese PS2 : There are a few releases out there, a few are nuked, and a few seem to be strange. If you're interested in having a backup of this game, there's a scene release (I forgot who did it) of the game as a CD-Rip. However, Rip is an inappropriate name. Some versions of Metal Slug 4 releases are over 1GB, however, this one is under 70MB. What's ripped? Only the garbage files. If you compare it with a Neo-Geo rom for the arcade version, you'll see that the newest Metal Slug games are under 80MB :)
So, if you're interested in seeing this game in action, go look for a torrent of it, and try it out. I've played all of the Metal Slug games (well, all the arcade ones anyways) and this one is by far the best. At least it's way better than Metal Slug 3 :P
What makes it better? It takes out that heavy armor element out of Metal Slug 3, keeps the characters, brings back the original gameplay plus a few kickass weapons, and has much cleaner animation/sprites. It basically takes all the good things out of ALL the Metal Slug games, and puts them together in a 6-mission game.
Oh, and it works perfectly with Swap Magic 3.3

Agreed. Metal Slug 4 is quite fun! Though I kinda wish SNK Playmore had incorporated an extra "home console" version of the game with health meters (a la Metal Slug Advance), or at least limited credits but saveable progress so you could resume from the last stage you "unlocked" (as in Alien Hominid). The default unlimited continues waters down the legendary Metal Slug difficulty quite a bit, though it is still a fine game. There may be an option somewhere to change this, but I didn't really actively look for it.
Anyway, back on the Swap Magic CDs. If that's the case, then I guess we can assume (for now) that there are two (or more) different Swap Magic 3.3 CD versions with differing game compatibility. It'd be nice for more anecdotal evidence from others before we jump to that conclusion, though.

Not necessarily. As far as I know, only FIFA Street (unpatched) needs a TOC refresh. Everything else works fine with the 3.3 set, regardless of high-TOC.
From personal experience, Samurai Warriors: Xtreme Legends (4.37 GB), FIFA 2005 (4.37 GB), Mortal Kombat: Deception (4.37 GB), Def Jam: Fight for New York (4.37 GB), and Onimusha 3: Demon Siege (4.36 GB) all work fine without patching or rebuilding, despite having TOCs above that of the Swap Magic DVD (4.35 GB).

Does SwapMagig 3.3 work with Bemani games, preferably originals, other than DDR (both the Japanese and American DDR mixes for PS2 work with this I believe) such as Beatmania IIDX, Pop n' Music, Guitar Freaks/Drummania, etc...?

ssgokou4 : Yes, Swap Magic 3.3 works with all Bemani. So, you can play IIDX, DDR, and Pop'n'Music backups or original imports to your heart's delight.

As noted in the list, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (NTSC) works fine for me with SM3.3. I stopped playing near the beginning after climbing into the tunnel and eavesdropping on the two guys, but everything works and plays properly.
Also, Sonic Mega Collection Plus seems to work fine for me without rebuilding.

Thanks RemyK313. By the way, do you happen to know by any chance what DVD media (DVD-5, DVD-9, etc...) IIDX 9th Style CS is in, since that would help in determining whether or not it would be playable on Swap Magic since most of the Bemani games are DVD-5, thus being completely playable.
