Which would be the best injet hub printable media for dvd burning? I just recently bought Prodisc media but every burn i have tried so far has failed miserably. Then i tried the last memorex dvd that i had and it burned perfectly right after a prodisc failed.
I am using a LiteOn SOHW-832S dvd drive attached via USB 2.0 to my laptop with an external adapter and the latest firmware.
P.S. For those of you arguing about memorex dvd's, to be honest i never would have bought them my self because of all the bad things i have heard about them, but some friends of mine bought me a 30 pack for Christmas and they actually aren't all that bad, but prob wouldn't buy them again (and they aren't Inkjet Printable).

wait unitl next christmas when the memorex won't play back. Some people are very stubborn and have to learn the hard way that memorex suck. The dye is cheap and usually starts to break down and cause playback problems. Don't be one of those people

I think that is somewhat in-accurate though. I just tested some old memorex 4x dvd-r's. Played fine and tested using the test in dvdinfo and i had no errors. I think its just how you store them, what player you are using and if you treat them right.

all I am saying is for the price most people pay for memorex you can actually get TY or Ritek and not have anyting to worry about. But to each his own. Feel free to use the High Quality memorex if you want

everyone's expierence with media will always be different. We all have to remember its based on many many different factors. The dvd player you use, how fast you burn the disks, what program you are using to burn, are there any scratches on the master disk. These are all factors.

Here I thought this thread was about "Quality" media. How can one mention Memorex in the same breath as quality? If on the other hand, we're talking "Quantity"..... ;-)

Again my friend. Media is all based on your own needs. I agree TY is the best...no doubt there. But memorex and cmc and even crappy compusa have lasted for years for me. They definetly are not as good and I have more errors on these disks, but they do work for me. Its all based on the player you use and how fast you burn them in my opinion

Dag nabit, no sense bringing in extra media, for me to trash, because I am having too much fun with the TY!!!

That's why Memorex, was mentioned...cause it's the best! LOL!!!

That's cause it sells more than TY...! Seriously, I can see how much you all are in denial that Memorex is the best, tell you what...I will put you and your family down for 2 spindles, just to show that I am a nice guy!
Honestly, if you embrace the Memorex, it will be good!
(and I know you are going to have fun with that little comment, so I await it!)
;)
