halo360, if you do a search of rap4life, you would find 4 posts in the xbox forum but a hell of more posts in safety valve. he was told to cool down on posting in safety valve, ignored the warnings & got inactive. so do you think that makes a good moderator??

Nah not really what your thinking bbmayo,yes they are mods but they are the only mods that I really see.I consider them to be great mods,and if they are not then they should be great.Nobody never said the mods we have already are great or even said they could be great or even mentioned.Why can't the mods we have already be picked.I guess what I am saying is they are the only two I actually see,other than them I am not sure who else would be considered a mod.I honestly don't see what is so exciting about being a mod,but I guess some people wanna be one because status to them means everything or maybe they just want to be able to use the Ban button.In fact what is up with all the people with the status to be honest.Status doesn't really mean anything to be honest.I see some senior members and regular members that are smart as hell.The only thing different about being a Mod is a Ban button,and that really is the only difference.Nah but being honest what makes a person think status will make them something.I'm not really descriminating against Mods or anything like that.I just don't understand why so many people want to be a Mod,and if it is exciting to be a Mod then why?That is the question.Sure we have alot of members that would probably make good Mods or should be Mods in everyones eyes,but it doesn't change the fact that they aren't considered respected.I could name alot of people that I respect,not as a Mod because a Mod to me doesn't mean they are a higher being.It just means they are people like everybody else that dedicate there time on a site to clean the forums and straighten out the rules with people that don't follow them.I do respect Mods not actually saying they are useless,but I just don't understand why it is a big deal to be a Mod besides Banning and that is pretty much it.
