Liez4Love, yeah please use the "report offensive post" feature whenever possible. if something needs attention right away such as spamming or flame wars etc, feel free to PM one of the mods with a link to the thread and it will be dealt with. this is a very big place and there's just no way we can go in every forum and scan all the threads, but we do the best we can.

i think we should have younger mods, not like kids but students becuase nealy all the mods i know are adult that are married and have a family with a job, you cant rely on that? now dont get me wrong, i thing with the current sircumstances the mods are doin an excellant job, (especially neph and flip) but imagine during summer vaction when the kid id at home, maybe they could chose a wise and mature student who has more free time on his hamds.

i doubt they're chosen with any age/marital status in mind tho.. it's surely about being able to maintain order, not to be online all the time..

solargame is a mature student? am I right? LOL ;-)
That whole statement was pretty ubsurd IMO. A mod should be and I am sure is chosen my merit not any Age or having a family.

I agree with bbmayo, mods shouldnt be chosen because of age, race,sex, or nationality.
The ones that can do the job, should get the job.

yeah alot of the mods are married with kids, but we've mastered the art of not sleeping so it's all good.

i don't think neph is married but fairly certain all mods have full time jobs so they do this on their free time just as we do offering advice to other people with problems.

yeah they might be looking for 1-2 new mods in the near future. but for christs sake dont go PMing anyone above about it, that would be bad and not score you many brownie points. we already have people in mind and are keeping an eye on them.

i think, as far as it goes for us non-mods and non-admins, we need to kind of drop it. if you look through the thread, you can see that the idea is our opinions are pretty pointless and maybe we should leave the topic alone so the big cheesies can make the best decisions.
