Don't download it, when i first installed it, it gave me the blue screen of death. Then when i loaded it again (as if i didn't learn my lesson) it worked, but then when the free trial ended i uninstalled it. When i tried to boot up the next session i got a blue screen of death from trying to execute a non-executable program (i'm guessing AnyDVD is pissed b/c it's trying to load something that's not there). So now i have to be stuck w/ this program or try and find the remnants of it in the registry...peice of crap program.

So basically, since it didn't work the first time you tried to use it, and then when it finally worked, you got pissed off because the trial ended and you couldn't manipulate it so that you could keep using it without ever having to pay for it you say it is a piece of shit.
I'd like to ask you one simple question: Do you always work around trials and use freeware? The media company doesn't allow working around the trials, and it is trying to stop all freeware.
Burn in Hell. BTW guys, I purchased SlySoft's AnyDVD and it works fabulously. It's definitely the next choice in bypassing DVD copy protections.

Bought my copy of AnyDVD 2 weeks ago, didnt even need the free trial, i was sold as soon as i ripped my first disc with it, and with 10 bucks off the price for being a member of AD, what could be better than that?
Never had not one BSOD yet, dosent seem to even use any resources hardly just runs quietly in the back ground.

will have to agree with everyone here other than the original thread starter... :) best investment i have ever made on software~ :)
don't claim a program sucks just cuz u don't know how to use it properly~ it's not the software's problem..it's yours~

Think the problem may be a malfunctioning interface between the chair and keyboard.
Solution - remove interface and replace.

Your humor is unappreciated. No, i am not an idiot, and i can use a computer better than you most likely. No, my system is not a 5 year old system, it is a new one. I have a custom built system that can handle almost anything i throw at it. Your snide coments and rude behavior have only made you out to be the morons you are. I appreciate the laugh you made me chuckle because i know that i at least have a life. Additionally, i enjoy the fact that most people here just attack someone for an opinion, really helpful forum, thanks mods!

I think trombone needs to retune. He or she, has to be just about the only person I have seen on these threads that have ever had a pronlem with any dvd. Could be because of trying to get something for nothing.

Well I bought it four months ago and paid the full price, but it has been worth every penny. Have not had any problem with this program and the Slysoft team keeps up on the new protections and issues updates. Trombone3 if you are having problems with this software it is some conflict within your computer and not the program.

@trombone3, It would have been better to ask for help solving your AnyDVD problem instead of saying THE BEST DECRYPTER OUT THERE is crap just because you can't get it to work. It could be as simple as a conflict with one of your other programs you have installed. We are all here to help correct these type problems, but as you see from the above posts, AnyDVD has a very large, happy following of members. Since it runs in the background it can't be a user problem because there is nothing about it thats complicated. Sorry your post went the wrong way since we try to refrain from Newbie bashing. Its just the way you made your statement that got the others going off on you.

I agree (you guys came down way to hard on trombone3) .. notice I said "maybe your pc is a POS".
You didn't post your PC specs. And don't discredit our members knowledge on PC's, there are alot of knowledgeable PC people here.
Quote: Then when i loaded it again (as if i didn't learn my lesson) it worked, but then when the free trial ended i uninstalled it. You even stated you got it to work. So it isn't the software.

it worked for a limited time. When it stopped working i uninstalled it thinking "okay, i don't have the extra money to be buying this program." It just caused a fatal error every time i would log in. It has to be something in the setup registry. I have a few min. now and i'll post if my deletion of the registry keys works. I don't know where they are, so i'll search for them.

this guy comes to this forum and call the great AnyDVD a POS. the computers at mental hospitals should only be use by staff members.
Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.
