Nobody needs to help you and with an attitude like yours i'd be surprised if they bother anymore.
I wont be expecting anymore "help" from you anyway,ah well.
Gman Yes it is frustrating but its prob(hopefully) something small, thats what im hoping anyway :)
there is something small going wrong there
when you get in tonight look at your ntl box then switch it with your replay then manual scan it starting at freq 290 then make sure network constilation is on and 64 quam

Do that kopkidda & let us know how it goes.
Just remember to make sure that the Quam, Scan Freq & range Etc are all set correctly.
Eliminate any other factors by hooking the box directly between the cable feed & TV.
Good luck.

Did you san on both 6875 & 6887 ?
And did you change the provider code appropriately?

Try:
0x5E (if it?s not there, add provider ID) Type 5E in the box that pops up.

Which channels are missing, are you n*l dublin?
If they are E4 etc you need to do a manual scan on symbol rate 6887 on frequency 339.5 and the missing channels should appear at the bottom of your channel list.

Did you have channels previous to this or did you just get the replay lite?
If you just got it you will need to flash it with the latest firmware, see page 132 of this thread for Brian's instructions.

As Evastar said, make sure you have the latest Firmware on board.
It should be 910
Make sure too the your provider code is set correctly (00X55)
How to check your firmware version:
Press
MENU
UTILITY
RECIEVER INFORMATION
The software version will then be displayed on screen.
To get your provider ID on Replay do the following
1. Menu
2. Installation
3. Parental Lock
4. Red Audio Button for Goto Key Manager
5. Chose 'Current Key, and you will see your prov ID
