Yes its a new box.
According to utility - reciever information: my firmware is SW Version 9.13.
Do I still need the 910? Please can you explain how I update this?
I tried using to the below codes as posted earlier but still not getting any programs:
A6 41 77 66 95 54 EA CF
94 D6 34 04 95 6F EA 3E

Where were those codes posted earlier? (They're incorrect eitherway)
AFAIK 913 is for the PVR Box (With HDD)

Sorry gman i don't understand.
The box is definitely called 'replay lite: digital cable reciever'
Are you saying that the codes and setup for my firmware are different?

There are two models of the Replay Lite:
Replay Lite (Firmware Rev: 910)
Replay Lite PVR (has built in hard drive for recording) (Firmware Rev: 913)

Who put the firmware on the box?
Do you know if it has a hard drive for recording or not?
If it is an ordinary Replay Lite, yes you will have to change the firmware to 910

i don't understand what you meam by who put the firmware on the box.
I assumed its a replay lite. The reciever information is:
SW version: 9.13
HW Version: 1770-1.0 CS100.
Do i need to adjust the auto-search settings, or the parental lock (nagra keys) settings?

Well then you have then wrong firmware on your box and it needs to be flashed with the 910.
Do you have a Null Modem cable? Follow Brian's instructions and you should have no more problems. :)

Ok, if you look in gman496's sig, click on eamo's library, you will get the replay lite files there.

I'VE JUST REGISTERED AND REQUIRE SOME HELP PLEASE.
I,VE RETURNED MY REPLAY LITE BOX TO FACTORY SETTINGS.
I,M GOING THROUGH THE SET UP TO ENTER THE CODES,
MENU, INSTALLATION, PARENTAL LOCK,
BUT I'M GET NOTHING WHEN PRESSING THE RED BUTTON FOR KEY MANAGER.
COULD SOMEONE TELL WHAT I'M DOING WRONG.

Please less of the caps purny its considered shouting, if the red button to goto key manager is not coming up try below Gman posted this a few pages back, also if your still entering codes you should update or flash the box:)
If the RED Button is missing in the parental settings section, do the following.
Try and set your password back to 0000 save the changes and go back in and change the password again to 7777 save and exit, then go back in again and see if the red icon is there to access the Key Manager.
This happens sometimes on the replay lite boxes but if you do the above you can get into the Key Manager.

You need to load 910 on it. If you look in eamo's library in gman's signature you will find the replay lite software there. Full instructions on how to flash are on page 132 of this thread.
