If that happens again, just do a factory reset and it will bring you back to your channels and favourites before the dodgy scan.
I know it's a bit late and you're sorted, but it's a good tip for the future.
The same can be done if you DO find channels after a scan and want to go back to your last channels and favs.

Folks,
I had a problem a while back with a faulty power supply on a replay lit.
I ordered this one off ebay http://tinyurl.com/4bfzot
Just to confirm. THESE POWER SUPPLIES WORK for the replay lite.
They are only 4Eur and beat the hell out of buying one in Maplins for 30Eur.
Just thought people would like to know as power supplies for the replay lite seem to be flaky at best.
Feel free to open a new thread to inform people of these great value power supplies.
Regards.

A reset has nothing to do with the flash.

Evastar,
The replay lite I got a new poer supply is up and running.
One problem though is that all the channels that it found are freezing and breaking up.
It keeps saying bad signal on screen but I know for a fact it doesn't have a bad signal. I have tried it on two seperate TV's round the house and it is the same.
I did factory reset and rescanned and it is still the same. Any ideas ?

all that usually is , is the cc doing work in and around your area
and should sort it self out also the bad weather can cause some of that to so sit tight and everything should be fine

Cheers for your reply moggser.
What is strange though with this is I have a starview and the picture is fine on this box on both tellies, same signal ?
Anyways, I'll have a look later to see if it has resolved itself and let ya know.
Thanks !

I fergus,
Thanks for your reply. The PSU has exactly the same spec that is required of the replay lite, however I do notice that the PSU get s hot very quickly when in use ( less than a min ) so ye, it may be that the Power Supply is not adequate.
I will get a friends PSU and see if that makes a difference. If it does then Ill be looking for a new PSU.

Hi all have have purchased a Replay Lite and downloaded the software 752irl and HW: 1770-1.0-CS100. After scanning I got 145 channels showing but only 6 can be viewed. The rest come up with 0000 Scrambled. Had a look back through this thread and saw posts about changing it to 1800 Scrambled. Did this by going into parent lock but can't get acces to switch Auto update off or the secret menu with the EMU option. When I select Current Key nothing happens. I've left it on one of the scrammbled channels for a while but nothing seems to be happining.

You have the wrong software.
You need to download & flash with v910.
Available from the link in my Sig.
It's Replay Lite new OSD 910 beta.bin in the library.

That will definitely sort your problem.
The instruction sheet you received is just an old print & was good at that time, but things have moved on since then ;-)
Just take your time with the new firmware flash & most importantly, make sure you leave everything connected & wait for at least two (2) minutes when the flash completes & you see the light flashing real fast on the Replay Lite before you disconnect it.
Good Luck!

The first thing you should do is put it onto one of the Premium channels like Sky Movies & wait for it to catch the codes & update.
Can you give me your Country location & cable provider?

Used 6875 alright. I can get a list of all the channels by pressing the OK button and the EPG brings up what's currently showing. Do you have to perform any kind of reset (appart from rescanning) after flashing with new software ?

No...you don't have to change anything.
Go to sly sports 2..unplug the power lead and plug it back in again and it should work.
