yeah zelda would be cool because the second screen could show an overhead view like a throw back to nes and snes zelda all while maintaining a 3d perspective on the first screen.

What???? PSP has done pretty well going against the monoploy known as Nintendo. The DS has a pretty small fan base, nobody age 18+ wants to train dogs. Nintendo really should be cautous, because everything with the Sny name has been pretty successful in the console wrold.

i think in the long run sony will win i am just saying that i think the ds is really more of a portable gaming device but people want everything and they know that the psp has better graphix.

I am kind of biased because all i do is help ppl with theri psp's. I am sure that the DS is great in its own rights, put the psp is catered towards everybody, not just youngins. Im 21, and have no interest in the DS, every game i see advertised looks juvinille, anybody else agree?

LMAO no kidding, everybody would look at you like you are a retard lol!! I didnt knoe Nintendogs had voice suport, thought it just used the stylus like all the other games. That is kind of interesting though.

apparently the psp will be compatible wiv the ps3, you can use it on racing games as a rear view mirror... (so i have heard) which would be pretty cool!

My friend was telling that Sony was coming out with a new ver of the PSP (going to have a built in CAM) i think this is going to be the one that cater the PS3 the most but dont hold me to that i go to find if its true or not but most of the time when he tell me something its money in the bank.

it sounds like at this point connectivity is just for bs....rear view mirrors and taking pics......Sony needs to come up with more than this if they want my cash.

yeah gba (not ds) already had an add on camera.It was pretty cool because you could view the pics on the gba but now It's just old news.Besides how much you wanna bet It's(the new psp one) got crappy resolution like 1.3 mp.

Its all just speculation for the time being....but the feature that Sony has hinted to implemeting with the psp is nonsense, and will not attract people to buy the psp just for those uses

I have to agree for the time being.I have a 7.2 mp sony cybershot digital camera so the camera won't attract me either.Hopefully the come with some new funtionality and not just bs add ons

haha i have the same camera.
you know i thought this thread wouldnt last too long, but in 2-3 days my god its like wildfire.
already at 3 pages and closing on 4.
i'm on vacation, so thats why you only see posts from time to time from me now.

I dunno bout all this, connectivity is just a cheap gimmick to try to entice people to blow more cash on another product, in this case a psp. Look at the technology behind the new controllers for the ps3 and Wii, and the best thng they can come up with besides that is using the psp as a rear view mirror and so you can film yourself playing the ps3.....LAME

i'd like to use the psp for wireless media control. where as the psp will have a program that reads the material on ur hdd and will allow playback of video wirelessly without needsing a huge memory card or turning on music for ur household or for playing thru the psp. sound good?

well what they want to do is have fun things you can do with your psp so that people will want to buy it but at the same time not make people force to buy a psp i might buy a psp just so i can download old psx games cause i wanna download ff8
