i have to agree with you WHOLE heartedly BlivetNC. they dont care about the game anymor its all money i dont care who they are.. granted we all are out to make money but damn they are playinga kids game....
as for the astrics * i never thought i would say this but in this case there should be one.taken drugs and cheating to get this record is so damn wrong... when roger maris hit 61 HR's in a season in 1961. he broke the babe's record. even though he had 14 more games to do it in.. i dont beleive that makes a difference yes he more trys to do it and did..but if you look at the amount of atbats teh babe had when he hit 60, and how many maris had. all most the same.. a season is a season. hell if ther babe wasnt drunk so much he might have hit 80hrs in a season...
the players know who is taken the roids. the owners know i dont care what they say. they know!!!!!
all i have to say now is let pete in!!!!!!
now all i have to say is... only 7 months till spring training GO REDS...

What the heck,
Build an addition to the hall of shame, make the damm thing in the shape of an asterisk, * one hall for cheats, one for criminals, one for drugs, one for steroids, and the other for the socially unacceptable in the eyes of society, put public restrooms in the other and name them after the Mike Vics of baseball in the future.

I just received notice that my Neighbors are preparing to file there 3rd lawsuit against me...
You would think 2 loses in a row would have been enough for them...these people need to get a life...Or have a really Horrible and Tragic Accident..}:)...Die...Die...Die...
The Good news the Planning Department Approved the plans for my second story addition...But of course my Neighbors have filed an appeal so I have to go in front of the Zoning Board on Oct 25th with the Planning Commission to Argue against their appeal...The Planning Commission does not feel that there arguments have any Validity...so I should prevail...

Married at 20.. Wow.. respect to you! And still going (strong, I hope) after 38 years later! I can't see me getting married before i'm 30 if ever. I've done the long-term relationship thing and after like nearly 3 years it got boring :-/
