ok need help also i dont have gta but i have prince of persia and it has the 2.00 update on it will it work to down grade 3,03??

i still cant do it, i named them 303.PBP and 150.PBP, it says someting like a pspset, *cannot open file*

I would redownload the Updates. Download the 1.50 Update and rename it then download the 3.03 and rename then try it again.

it should be working make sure your files are named 150.pbp AND 303.pbp not 1.50.pbp or 3.03.pbp that might be the problem
