Those people don't know what there talking about. Trust me just upgrade to 3.40 OE-A its much better then 1.5.

dunno its just like u cant install a 2.0 update on any psp over that version oh and u cant run official sony firmware upgrades either dark alex patched it

recovering or upgrading or downgrading?
if u upgrade and do not use themes just for games u will be ok but any flashing may cause u to go back to 1.5 so if i was u i wouldnt

You accept the risk of what happens to your PSP so really if it screws up there is nothing you can do.

no it wont or any flashing apps or themes as i said so your good to upgrade and u can upgrade to the latest oe firmware

Your asking some pretty stupid questions since your responsible to what happens to your PSP. So no one can answer that question with Yes or No.

Yeah just pretty well every flashing program will warn you about stuff and well hes asking questions with really no right answer. If you don't know what your doing then you can semi-brick your PSP easily.

you see the main reason am so curious and asking so much questions is because my R button doesnt seem to work and when loads of people ask questions like "help i am getting a error when i start a game like 803ee03" and in response people say that go to recovery mode and disable umd or something like that and like i say my R button doesnt work and u need to use that to goto recovery.

Should maybe get that R button situation looked into guy...Try to rig it up so it works properly..In the meantime, why not run that upgrader you've been asking so much about so you can just have the 3.40oe already?? you're missing out on all the fun!!

hi guys i got an odd problem for u to solve. right i got 3.40 oea firmware n was running fine till i tried this xbm theme manager http://www.psp-hacks.com/
right so it didnt work so i put the backup flash 0 files in fine it worked but then i realized wen i tried to run any thing from the game folder from memory stick or even the umd it freezes on the screen n the only way to turn of is to reset??? wat the hell has happened all the mp3s n vids work so its not the memory stick drive??
please help me
