I know I was a member for all 3 of those years with never single warning. If I'm such a cheater why wasn't I caught by them sooner? Furthermore I'm a member on plenty of other private sites and really don't need ILT. Nor do I ever want to go back there anyway. I guess your gran was as fos as you are, because in order for you to know what you're talking about when you accuse me you'd have to know me.
My actual point is that they've gotten very bad recently with unnecessary bans. At one point I did get back in and asked what is was I did wrong. How did I specifically cheat? They couldn't PM or email me back so I'll stand on this soapbox as long as I see fit. There are actually people reading this thread with a genuine interest in these recent bans. Those of you just flaming everyone else just to get us to be quiet about it won't deter me from talking to others who were also banned. No one made you read this thread if it doesn't concern you and if you don't like the subject matter simply ignore it.

I was just getting a FORBIDDEN msg from ILOVETORRENTS. I DONATE regularly and never cheat and have a good ratio and my tracker is still working please help!

@@Chosen80 ..Youve been banned . Same with me and alot of other people. And what somone posted above about " being a generic 'your a cheater' that came from ILT " Thats the truth. No explaination or anything just "your a cheater , now move on" Of course it sounds like rdmercer1 & post101 Work over there as much as there protecting them Who knows...All I know is that I never hear any overly amount of people complaining about getting the boot off any other sites like that.......

Hello all I am very new to this forum and would appreciate any help. I am a member of ilovetorrents and apparently am getting the HTTP 403 forbidden error. I truly think this is a mistake and would like to get in touch with one of the forum moderators. I have been a member for several months and have donated once. I do not cheat .... I use the right version of utorrent etc. The only thing I can think that happened is that I moved and where I was I had a high speed connection. Upon moving I was having trouble logging in and reset my password and this was just a couple of days ago .... but now to access the net i am tethering my cell so as not to deal with dreaded dial up ... lol. I did read that it could be a problem because it is reporting a different ip. Any help would be great. Thank you very much. And on the site my username is susanleanne .... email removed by loco ....

Hi Susan, it sounds like your in the same boat as many of us, and your chances of getting hold of a real moderator is slim to nil. The problem seems to be with people who have multiple ISP's or moved between them, in my case I logged into the site from work (didn't download anything) but that seemed to be enougth to get me a ban.
Good luck finding a moderator, all we seem to get back is "you ceated"

NONONONONO!!!! That is not right .... sad .... I truly loved that site and I want back in. It was truly an honest mistake. *Sigh* if anyone does find someone tell them to let me back in please ... lol! I will fix the ip thing if someone tells me how. Thank you to those who responded and thank you to blog101 for taking the time to check that for me. I'm still having issues this morning but will attempt to figure it out at least I know I am not banned .... that is happy news for me as I truly do love that site. Well if I ever figure it out I will let you know ... I'm still thinking maybe its something to do with the ip addy's but not too sure what to do about that .... happy day -Susan

Have any of the people that have suddenly been banned considered that the site has recently added numerous security features which may be causing their problems.
Some of these include blocking people using proxies and other ways of hiding your IP. Which your ISP may not be telling you about
Also even if you have a static IP it does change now and again without you knowing. If it happens to change to one that is on the ILT banned list then it will appear like you have been banned and will get the forbidden error.
Do you really think that a popular site like ILT would have become so by being A holes to all of it's good members.

Hi all.I'm new here and i have also been banned from ILT.My ratio wasn't that great at only 0.8 but it was within the rules and i was making an effort to raise it.I have just a few comments to make.I really don't care as i also have other sites.but what gets me from reading others posts is all these rules they have are supposed to keep everyone in check but what they are really for is to protect themselves from prosecution for the content they are hosting.I'm sure some of you will disagree with me and it's your right,im just puttin in my 2 cents here.Everyone that says they have their rules for a reason are right,they do,but when you abuse those rules,weather by a user,admin,or site host,then you open yourself up to ridicule.of course they don't care because they are in the drivers seat and can care less what you or i think.Ask yourself this, do you really want to be part of a site that takes no responsibility for what they do?No warnings?,no recourse?Sounds to me like some of you are right when you say they are scared little children and just don't wanna get caught.They take you money(if you are foolish enough to give it to them)so they can keep this site going.Then offer no stability for your account.those of you that did donate got taken for a ride.(sorry)There are plenty of private sites thanks to Bill Clinton and his internet privacy act.And there will be no shortage of them in the future.So just hang in there and find yourselves other resources.They are not hard to find.

I'm wondering if there might be an issue at the ILT website. I have been a member for the last couple of years and have a ratio of over 2.1. I know that "hitting and running" is an offense that can get me banned without cause (and I have been DLing and powering down my computer--perhaps causing the mods to think I'm hitting and running), but I'll give it some time before panic sets in.

Ive recently switched ISP's So I got a new account over at ILOVETORRENTS. I must say that it is definitely open today. I just logged in. I know they banned me for no reason before. Its not that great of a place anyhow. Everything that is on there are on many other Private safe trackers with twice the speed. Beside ILT spams Sooooo much with there Donate crap. I donate to a few sites a month. I would never there.

i got banned from ilovetorrents for cheating my over all upload, my ratio was not up to par and i downloaded a program that boosts up my over all upload. Then a day later i got banned! I know what i did was wrong and now i'm kicking my self for that one.

I got banned from ILT too. They don't seem to have very smart people working there. I have great standings with other sites. I have over 3T of shared material that I share 24/7 for years before removing! I signed up with them and downloaded 3 Wii games to start, I chose ones that had low seeders so I could help. My ratio started at .05 but I figured they must give you some time to get your share up. The next day I get a warning not to download anything new so I did not. I force seeded all 3 games. Then I noticed that my games were not seeding... that is when I noticed that I was banned! Now they forced me to leech becasue I can not even seed the games I have! Each game has 3 or 4 seeder! NO WONDER! they ban everybody who tries to seed! What a bunch of idiots! Don't they know it takes time to seed? I feel bad for anybody who loves torrents and sharing that think they are actually going to be involved in a share community from these guys! Guess thats why Demonoid has hundreds of seeders and these guys have 3! What a horrible name they chose! Meat heads!
