Can someone send me all the gameboots. I have PSP 2.6 and with the recent release of the PSP 2.60 Gameboot Flasher I'd like to try them out. If it would not be too much trouble I'd like them all RAR'd or Zipped.

Is there anyway to make your own custom gameboots or take .pmf from a game and split it so that it is under the 1mb gameboot requirement. Since i dont know how to encode to pmf, I was trying to take out clips from the naruto game, make it under 1mb by splitting, and rename it gameboot.

Really didnt read thoroughly but just need a simple yes or no..can i run that program to change my psp boot and have it function if i booting with devhook?

You can go into your 2.71 flash folder in devhook folder and just replace the gameboot.pmf with the one you want to check it out.
But apparently the leaked sdk created ones are 100% legit pmf's and supposedly devhook wont display them.
They work fine if flashed or loaded in mph loader I read, but still havent tested it out myself since my friend repo'd his psp.

This thread lives again now that its possible to make pmfs with the leaked UMDTools. I hear you have to flash the gameboots because they dont work with devhook especially 2.6 and up.

thnx glow the swap in the 2.71 flash folder worked just fine...runnin the pop one...want somethin diff though...i see you say somethin bout legit ones and this other poes of UMDtools in coop?...so if i were to flash and for say it didnt work...that boot wouldnt mess up anything right? considerin im doin it through devhook? obviously i am not doin a lot of google :p just comin back here every so often while i do other things.
Now i am just messin with the new xflash to change to a custom boot sound...too bad sound is so short...goin from a wav that has to be less then 99kb etc etc. seems difficult from lil clips i wanna make hehe.

Well if you want something different, There's this thing called UMD Tools which is what the devolepers of games use to make the UMD ISO and that and the video's but it is illegal and I can't put a link out.

I realised the gameboot is only customised for the game booting from 1.5 fw only..is there a way to make ur own same customised gameboot in the devhook fw 2.7?

just copy and paste your gameboot into the appropriate location in flash0, its in FLASH0/VSH/RESOURSE (you must name it gameboot)

The newest mp2-2-pmf works with 2.71 and devhook. I think it was released just a few days ago so you'll probably still see it on PS2NFO's frontpage. It also includes a pretty good tutorial for those who might be a bit lost.

Also When i run the PSPset and then i press change gameboot this say something like this:
File Does Not Exist
Missing File : ms0 :/Gameboot.pmf
can some one pls help me.

The folder that opens up as soon as you access your memory stick. Outside the PSP folder an MP_ROOT. (For example E:/)
