anyone able to put backups on the HD? I was told to use swapmagic then switch out SM for the back up B4 HD loader asks for the name of the game. In doing that then SM wouldn't be serving any perpose because doesn't HD loader check the disk when you click install then it goes right into Name Game section.
So has anyone been able to load them on and how so???
I Have SM 3.2 and a fliptop

I've always used Saveware so I have allot of trust on them, I've gotten from saveware over 9 fliptops and lots of parts (AC/DC Cable, Laser Lens, White Fliptop Disk, ect...)
2nd question:

And somebody correct me if I'm wrong but that was and update. Swap Magic CD 3.0 is used for PS2 versions 1-7, Swap Magic CD 3.2 are used for version 7+, like PS2 versions 9 and 10. Note that I only said Swap Magic CD, not Swap Magic DVD. You get 2 Swap Magic Disk's. One for your PS2 CD Media games and one for your PS2 DVD media games! Their is only one new Swap Magic DVD 2.0 version out right now.
3rd question:

Answer: I never used none of the disk's above couse Swap Magic has done everything I need. And I don't know what a dongle is!

ok thanx alot another thing i ordered using my friens credit card but shipping to my address so will they need a confirmation by my friend or what or will they just ship it as is becuz i bought from another place and they called us to make sure basicly that the friend knew abot it and i cant get thru to them to ask any 1 know

ps2fliptop.com or ps2fliptop.net/index.htm ship from two location either CA or MN whichever is closer to the customer destination, most east coast and central region ship from MN most West coast ship from CA. That is why most you of supprise to see received the shipment so fast (Assume that the inventory available from both places). PS2fliptop reply email and available 18 hours a day and alos available include weekend and holiday, Live support is alo available also.

Can't believe how long this thread got. Just awesome.
In case anyone was looking.... i figured I would post this quick.
I am selling my fliptop modded PS2 / huge set
4 controllers tons and tons for games ect....
I will be putting it up on ebay probably since it will be safer.
As for why I am finally done with my flip top.... well, i've gone over to the dark side. (xbox)
Flip top was one of the best investments I ever made when it comes to console gaming. Just awesome.

Dills if you put that on ebay just mark it as special ps2 or something like that. I tried to sell my flip top on ebay and they wouldn't let me because of "piracy issues that could arise from it." So be careful listing it.

im intrested in buying a fliptop cover by itself. ive noticed that www.customps2.com has the solid blue or white on sale for $12.00 dollars, plus $7 dollars for shipping in the u.s. Can anyone please tell me if i should trust this website. if so, how fast are they, and are they safe. now i have untill sunday to decide where to buy a fliptop, since i know many of these places arent open, and even if i order on the weekend they wont ship out till monday, so please fellas, help me out on this one. im just intrested in a fliptop case by itself.
