k peace out but if you remember right on the back of the box its cut out from factory and the scan is where the sticker serial number is , so they dont scan a box but sure you might get away with switcing the stickers , just go to costco.com and do store locatoer , if not just buy it from the website and the warranty is still the same they'll refund you EVERYTING includint tax n shippping...
thast pretty much the warranty refunds only :D regardless of how long used ` 3 yrs 6 10 dont matter
bye

oh good news for Best Buy campers
Rumor: Best Buy Employee PS3 Lock Out
don't have a PS3 pre-order? Launch is gonna suck. If only, if only you worked at Best Buy, then you could take home consoles by the truckload. Right? Nope, not according to one insider who claims that Best Buy is attempting to lock all staff out from getting a console. At all.
Comment from an insider says that Best Buy staff cannot buy consoles:
"Not even if we stand outside in line overnight like everyone else. I'm heading up employee training for the new consoles at our store, the memo we received stated that employee purchases 'should not be allowed.' According to another store manager, 'Employees are completely locked out of buying a console.' Unfortunately, we only get this news after the EB preorders. Apparentlly, this decision came about so that 'more consoles would be available to our customers.' No word, as of yet, as to how long the lockout is supposed to last. Needless to say, many of us are pissed. But not nearly as many as there will be. The memo came to certain members of management, so I don't think most employees know about the rules just yet. I'll be the first to say that Best Buy is usually nothing short of great to it's employees, it is by far the best company I've ever worked for, but they really dropped the ball on this one from an employee standpoint."

hehehe that makes me happy. less ppl to get a ps3 on launch day only makes it easier to get one. i think i'll probably be able to get a 60gig if i get there 7hrs early.

I would be pissed if they locked out my ps3 if I worked at best buy. I bet they can just hide one anyways or have a freind in the store and have him buy it then give it to him. Like if they really wanted one on launch day they could get one.

yeah lol thats just not right but lol maybe it is because thats wack that they use to be able to get one and say they get 10 and they take 4 and all those people that worked hard to get one come up empty handed but I think they should be able to get one if they work there but not more then one maybe do a drawin were the workers put names in a hat and the name thats picked gets to buy a ps3. they should have to go through the hard work of campin too . oh yeah Face you are right they still can scam a way like payin off a few friends to camp for them

But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

Well I am getting out of school at 10:50am on thursday november 16th. I am gauranteed a 60 gig. Then on saturday november 18th I am getting there for wii around 9am. I live in a redneck town of 6,000 and a walmart there. I am definitly gauranteed both. I am happy.

yeah thats why Best Buy will have more than Walmart , Walmart has more stores across the U.S since they do they have to spread more Ps3's out and since Best Buy has fewers stores they wont be so spread out so they get more units in the fewer stores they have . I was readin about that

@blacgoku-that's for canada, not the states. i think that the number for bestbuy is a bit high, so i'm just going to try to be one of the first 10 people just in case.

not bad man this a nice find on the units lol ^.^ 2 thumbs up I knew since Best buy had fewer stores they get a lump some so if walmart has that many stores im thinkin only about 10 per store in the U.S , Best Buy maybe 35 to 40 ?

Hmm I hope my walmart has wifi but most likely not. It would be kool if we made a thread of all of us waiting and talking about whats going on.

i dont know about that pictures credibility. there are hundreds of best buy stores, not 46 of them. seems like its from the same guy who photoshopped the picture of the best buy kiosk setup. plus it says there are only 39,000 units.

Best Buy's PS3 Midnight Openings Listed
Quote: he majority of retailers have no problem with people camping outside of their doors before the launch of a new console, and occasionally they'll even open at midnight to make the process over that much quicker. A Best Buy employee leaked his company's plans to Kotaku today, detailing the 18 locations nationwide that will open doors at midnight for PlayStation 3 -- but none for Wii.
Considering the limited number of PS3s that will be available, though, can you blame Best Buy for simply wanting to end the pain as soon as possible? Then again, most people will be camping out before the end of business hours. Bunch of crazy people.

Sure, there's one near me, but I'll be dropping my bottom in front of Costco, where legions of kids are barred from waiting in line because it requires their parents bringing their membership card, thank you very much.
