@ddp
Needs to be Popeye's Spicy Fried Chicken-but the rest of their food is disgusting and NOT representative of Cajun cooking! Their onion rings are good but we can't get them here in BR.
@omegaman
We make a similar casserole with the Ore-Ida frozen shredded hash browns. Mixed in with can of Campbell condensed mushroom soup and spices, and onion rings in a can on top.
Now I is hungry!

yeah ddp I understand people that don't like spicy foods and don't hold it against them. We down here are raised on hot foods. Totally sucks big time that BP has fouled our food this week. Seafood won't be edible for months. Everything is closing down by tonight around delta and East.
We're damned if we do and damned if we don't. OIL and Seafood ARE our industries. My Dad was a landman. And I eat all the seafood I can find! LOL
