I've always found this site to be incredibly helpful when I'm stuck with anything technical (I almost never need to post, as most of the answers are in an existing thread), so I'm hoping that people will come through for me again.
I need to have my "fat" 360 flashed to the latest firmware (Lt+2.0) but lack the knowledge and tools to do so. It has been flashed previously but I want to be able to play my XDG3 games. Is there anyone in West Sussex, UK (the nearer to Crawley the better) who can do it for me? I don't mind paying a little bit but don't want to post my console or drive.

Thanks for the prompt response but I really don't feel comfortable doing it myself and I don't want to risk ruining my Xbox...
Get yoruself an x360USB, an Xecuter Probe III, and the new Xecuter Connectivity Kit. Your first step is to dump the drive's key. once you do that, put it somewhere safe (like emailing it to yourself).
Now that you have your key, you can always recover from any mishaps, but if you can follow simple instructions, there shouldn't be any.
With all that said, flashing is super easy with the tools I mentioned. Also, it looks like there will be frequent re-flashing, as Microsoft is trying their damenedest to combat firmware by re-flashing us to stock and who knows what else. So if you are paying someone else to flash for you, be ready to pay them 2-3 times a year.

Thanks for the advice, that sounds pretty good to me, I'm guessing I can just google the relevant tutorials and places to buy the stuff I need? Would you be able to provide links if you know them? I can't find any decent tutorials that invole x360USB. I'm really rubbish when it comes to this sort of stuff but I can follow instructions easily. I forgot to mention that my Xbox has been flashed previously.
Thanks again. I found the jungle flasher tutorial a few minutes back and I've been reading through it. It looks simple enough... I have a laptop without a SATA port, will the X360USB suit my needs and do I still need a SATA cable?
Ok, I now know that buying an X360USB Pro will get me everything I need other than a power supply. Is there anyway I can power my Xbox without buying a Molex Power supply and CK3 Lite?
Thanks for your patience! I'm sure I'm nearly there!
