banned 360 how to get the free halo3 maps on it

I have 2 xbox 360. One banned one not. Is there a way to get the free halo3 map updated onto the banned 360? they both have hard drives and a memory card.

You can transfer "some" files from the hdd to the memory card or some other usb device with the xboxes onboard file transfer,the other option would be use the banned consoles hdd on the unbanned console surely the hdd nots banned & re download

isn't the download linked to the console id from which it is downloaded? or to put it differently; if you download stuff with console A on hdd connected to console A; and then connect A's hdd to banned console B; then the content is still linked to console A and will not work on banned console B....

I tried the banned console drive on the unbanned 360 and the maps downloaded. But when I put the hard drive back on the banned console the maps do not show up.
