Can microsoft ban my Xbox 360 if i enter Xbox Live now

If they flagged you before you un-modded the console, then yes, they have the right to ban you, because you did the system.

No i havent gotten flag
SO does that mean that i am safe
And also i dont know if my xbox 360 is completely unmodded
I downloaded the May XBox Live update and when i put my backed up disc in it it shows me an xbox 360 logo

That's because M$ has taken the liberty to flash your DVD drive to a new revision when you updated your 360. All that means is you are on stock firmware, which would explain why backups don't work. All you need to do is flash your console to the latest firmware, and backups should work again. Just because you used XVAL to see if you're flagged client side doesn't mean that you're not flagged server side. Play LIVE all you can, because you never know if you're flagged on M$'s side.

I dont want my xbox to flashed.
I want to play original and play LIVE safely.
I didnt use xval
If i get flagged, they will notice us right?
Or do they just simply flag us without telling us?
