Flashing xbox 360 benq/liteon

Ok, I'm a noob to flashing xbox 360. First off my xbox was flashed by someone else awhile back. I stupidly did an xbox update and now I can't play my burnt games. I'm attempting to flash my benq/liteon dvd drive again myself. I have a Nvidia nforce raid controller for my sata ports. I had to switch to ide for jungleflasher to recognize my drive. This changes my computer to use Standard dual channel pci ide controller. Jungleflasher will now recognize my drive but when I click benq unlock I get benq unlock error. Is it even possible to reflash a xbox benq/liteon with the setup I'm using? I've been working on this for days and using tons of tutorials. If there is one tutorial anybody knows of that will help me out with my problem please do tell. Thanks

help to know which drive it is benq or liteon, it cannot be both!
