Original Xbox Backup not working on 360

I am trying to get a backup of Star Wars KOTOR 1 working on my 360.

Firstly, the backup was stored in folder format and I had to replace the default.xbe with another one as I have a PAL console and the original rip is NTSC. If I load the folder into xdvdmulleter the xbe checks as valid and PAL.

I have a samsung ms25 dvd drive flashed with ixtreme 1.6.

I have followed the tutorial from here(http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-152/patching_xbox_1_backups_to_play_on_xbox_360-828115/#4995653)

I now have a dvd 9 iso which when loaded into xdvdmulleter Beta 10 ticks every box including Random Padding and iXtreme Compatible.

I then burnt it using imgburn at 2.4x speed using the dvd file so the layer break was set at 1913776.

When I put it into my 360 it loads up, displays the LucasArts© and then brings up a box saying "There's A Problem With the Disc You're Using It May Be Dirty Or Damaged".

I tried deleting any save games in case any previous (incorrect) versions had corrupted anything, but still no luck.

Anyone have any ideas? I realise that the last time anyone tried to do this was probably a few years ago but any help is appreciated.
