Possible to use a 250GB Seagate for 360 HDD?

So I have a 250GB Seagate Hard Drive that was found in a slim HDD enclosure, but it wasn't working, so I wanted to know is it possible to flash it to the Xbox firmware, so that it can work with the Xbox 360?

This tut isn't the one you want it does have a thing called HDDHackr which maybe is what your after not that i've ever heard of it

What is exactly wrong with the slim HDD if anything? was it the slim console not working or the HDD? If the slim HDD is working then no need to have HDDHackr as all the partitions and bin file will be present.So in theory just open a old xbox360 phat hdd enclosure up,take the connector out and attach to the slim HDD unit and in turn attach to the xbox phat 360.As regards flashing a drive to create the 3 partitions and inject the .BIN file i know this can be done with certain western digital drives having done many scorpio blue 320 GB drives in the past but not sure about the seagate as its not in the compatibility list i use.Strange considering its a Xbox360 HDD!Use the link below for a youtube video on how to take the connector out etc.
