Is it possible to take 2 flashed drives (liteon and Hitachi) and switch them into the other 360's? What I am trying to say is. I have a 360 liteon drive that has been flashed but the motherboard is fried. I have a Hitachi 360 that works well, but the 2.0 isn't out. Keep in mind that they are both flashed. I can't just take the drives out and just plug in the cables to the other drive and it work?

No.
Your console's motherbord has a key. The drive has an identical key. In other words, the keys have to match.
you have to dump the key from the Lite-On and flash it to the Hitachi, so the key will still match.
You got that backwards eebeejay. He said his hitachi 360 works well, but the liteon 360's motherboard is fried. Animesing, you need to dump the key from the hitachi drive, and then spoof that key to the liteon. I'm not sure if this will work on LIVE, as spoofing different drive brands doesn't work 99% of the time. If you're taking this on live, buy another hitachi from ebay and flash the key from the old hitachi to the new one. Then, you should be safe on live.
