i signed up a couple weeks ago, i just got the disc in the mail, i can't say very much about it, it's confidential and all, but it's pretty cool

i have my Xbox 360 flashed with LT+ 1.1 on my LiteON 47850c drive, will i be safe to install the update on this disc?
