I have used dvdxcopy xpress and gold for some time now and it has worked great! But recently since i had reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled the software my dvd player won't play anything i backup anymore when it worked fine before! Lost and in need of help!

Normally I would close this thread and tell you to post in the XCopy forum.

So future XCopy questions should be posted in Afterdawn's XCopy forum: http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com

Now, I would backup a dvd using DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter (both free), then test it on you players.

When you formated, all of your windows updates went. Do all of the updates for the OS that you are running as well as any driver updates that were there before you formatted. You may not remeber them all, but give it your best shot.

I have dvdXtream same problem, then had to reinstall dx9 and it works! Still cant get the vhs coppier to work all is fair lol!

reinstal directx 9b --and also microsoft VM that will solve your problem
