DVDXCOPY PLATINUM QUESTION

Good Day,

I usualy make my backups with CLONEDVD2 & ANYDVD. When the % is below 80% I then use DVD-RB PRO + CCE 2.70 Basic (Purchased). Would DVDXCOPY PLATINUM give me better quality than CLONEDVD2 + ANYDVD ?

Hi,

I will say no as it will not copy some of the latest movies coming out. Now dvdrb w/ CCE can't be beat. If you want more answers xcopy specific try http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com/ dedicated to dvd xcopy. Good luck.

...but will DVDXCOPY PLATINUM give a better image quality than CloneDVD ? I can always rip with Decrypter & then pass it thru DVDXCOPY if it's worth it.

@DigitalSk, Friend I have X Copy Platinum and have used it quite extensively, yet I feel that CloneDVD 2 (I use it as my 2rd Choice...Rebuilder Pro/CCE Basic is 1st, then I use either Intercopy 3 or CloneDVD 2) has as good, if not better than X Copy. I do not use X Copy any longer but it is still on the computer...just use other programs more.

it up to the eyes of the user which has the better (Q)
i use a 40inch screen and CloneDVD does a dam good job..

note i do not use dvdxcopy stuff any more as its can not copy all the new sony protection...and i have all 321-products and platinum v5.0.0.13 install on my other computer.to me its junk...and there to old. except for v5..which i converted to a ripper free version and using AnyDVD can copy all the sony protection.

I have DVD XCopy Platinum, but never use it anymore. First remember it puts a water mark on the DVD you record which can be traced back to you. (my version still does), but the newer ones may not? Second CloneDVD2 makes a better copy IMO.
