Us SM 2.0 users sometimes need to resort to the DVDLoader v7 from swapmagicfix.com. I'm only getting the game now, so I haven't tested it yet, but in every other game that gives me the pink border, DVDLoader v7 has been very faithful to me.

Yeah agreed. I tried my copy last night and nothing worked. I dunno if it has to be rebuilt or anything, as I haven't tried it yet. But, I wasn't able to load it up. I have a friend with 3.6 and am gonna have him try it and let me know the results. We 2.0 users may have to bite the bullet and buy the latest version.

No, dont buy 3.6 just yet. I was merely venting. I'm gonna try my rebuilt one tonight and see whats up. I'm at work, so I cant test right now. I'll let everyone know my results and what I did to get it to work... if it does.

Well when the old bag of tricks is empty, try burning at 8x. I don't recommend this generally, but if you've no options left, the worst you'll get is another coaster. I believe there is a way to get this to work with SM 3.6.

I have a Matrix Infinity mod chip and did a straight copy. The game played ok but the audio/video was quite choppy.
I then rebuilt it and burned again. I only did this a few minutes ago but the title audio/video still seems choppy.
Is this the best I can expect?

Not sure. Hursty actually has the game, and he says it's a little choppy in the the training mode. There probably is a way to get it working without the choppy play. Try burning slightly faster or slower. I'd say go 1x, 2x, 4x, then 8x, and see what you get. Use DVD Decrypter on quality DVD-R's like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, Ritek, TDK, Maxell, Sony, or Phillips. Hursty, do you have a DMS 4 Pro?

Thanks.
Just another quick query:
When you're using a modchip is it ever necessary to rebuild the iso for single layer games? (Is that just for swapdisc etc.?) Or can i just do an iso read and iso write with dvd decrypter?
