DVD to big to burn with DVDXCopy

The fourth DVD of the third season of the sopranos is too big to burn onto two DVD's, so I assume it can only be burnt onto 3 or more (this is so even when I try to abandon the menus). Does anyone have any suggestions as to how about to go around this? Does anyone know if disks exist with more than 4.7 gigs, or dual sided 9.4?? Nero 5.5.9.9. (or above as newer versions are available)

THIS SORTS THINGS OUT NO MATTER IF THEY ARE DVD-9 AND WANT TO GO ONTO A SINGLE DVD-R/RW.
