I have platinum and it works really well, but the warning at the beginning is annoying, and I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of it.

I don't like XCopy but use 321Gone by PSIDOC.

321Gone is so much easier than using the link above. 321Gone does it basically in one push of a button. The link above tells you how to do it step by step. They both do the same thing, it just depends on how easy and quick you wanna remove that warning.

Link to 321Gone(this is freeware, so i don't think its against forums rules to post this link,if it is please remove it then)

Hi
I wanted to know how can anybody track down by DVD if I never give it to anybody who I do not trust? In other words is there anything in the DVDXcopy software which keeps track of which DVDs i have burned and potentially report it without my knowledge?
Thanks a lot

Remember that 321Gone is intended for DVDXC XPress (including the one in Plat ver).

If my memory serves it will not work with straight DVDXC (aka XCopy) or 'advanced' mode in Plat

All though it doesnt work for you in platinum it does for me.Psidoc had a look at the steps i used for his program in platinum and his explanation was "as long as the steps you take and the program is as close as you can get it to an xpress copy format then it will work" i should mention however that he said i was the only documented case.

Howdy All,
I also have been unable to get 321gone to work w/ platinum in advanced mode. I point it to the correct temp folder and it tells me its patched, but no joy on final copy.
I think it might be cause i did the upgrade on the 321studio website.

Anyway I moved on to dvdshrink and it works great....

Hey,
This works perfectly!! It does get rid of the Warning but too bad when I put it in my DVD player I have to press play twice to get it to start running.

Does the new rf version say the warning that you are watching a dvd archive at the beginning of playing the dvd?
Because if it doesn't, I could just use anydvd to take of the CSS encryption off and make a perfect copy right?

The RF version, there are no warnings or so called 321 splash screens. As a matter of fact, i enjoy the RF version much better than the ripper versions, which by the way, had way too many bugs. I know, I have tried all version up to the 4.0.3.8.
Thankyou

I have an additional question, regarding the original:
can you remove the warning from 321 studios when you are making a copy using Nero 6?

There are quite a few programs nowdays that can change dvd content. DVDStriper, DvdReMake to name a few. Some are cheaper(free) some are easier to use. Among other things DvdReMake can be used to remove intros/warnings, cut credits. Just import the disk, find what you don't want to see, hide/cut it, export disk.
