dvdxcopy express how to choose dts/dd 5.1 tracks?

I tried using dvd x copy express to edit foreign languages and subtitles to decrease compression(since platinum won't let me edit that stuff). At the menu I choose "options", then at the language option I choose "ask me", then when I click on "start" it then asks me to choose between the language tracks. Ex. dts, dolby digital 5.1, or just plain surround. There I am supossed to choose a language track and click "o.k"to start burning. However when I try to click "o.k" nothing happens. If I press "enter" on my keyboard it will start burning, but when I play the dvd no audio will be recorded. Any help is appreciated!
