Thoe codes didn't work in n dublin,i know they change them 3 or 4 times in 1 go. Anyone know which 1 they settled on. Thanks to all on this site for your help recently

Nthell went down in waterf0rd also. Was gonna input the new codes, so i checked the .txt and here is what was on it:

had to a manual code entry re-boot and all channels comin in loud and clear BUT
Volume doesnt ressond to remote or the mute button etc, also cant scroll form side to side through channel listings - Is it somethin I did or is that just the Image itself? ? ?

Mine is working now - had to re-boot a few times ( also hangs on re-boots and shut down's )
My volume and mute buttons on remote not working now either so dont think it is something you did wrong unless I did the same thing wrong ?

Same as the rest needs manual update of codes daily which is a joke- Does anybody ACTUALLY have an updated image for the box that updates itself or does some such thing actually exist???

heres commando 9 image with keys autoupdate and cables services for dublin ntl. nokia 2x image!
thanks to poster of sportster crypto img where i got the contents of keys dir to put in this image!

I used the Cryo one yesterday thats supposed to have built in updates etc etc but same shit again today
Gonna lash that Commando one listed above now & see how that gets on has to be one somewhere that'll knock this horseshit on the head of daily updates

It gets stranger ! I have 2 x dbox 2 both flashed to cryo sportster last night ! one is still working fine and the other only has the usual suspects working ....same as before .....WEIRD OR WHAT !!!!

hahahaha i rebooted 3 times and now working fine ....gona try the commando image i think might fix the volume issues as well :) ! I'll be a dbox expert by the end of this week !

Hey folks, couple of things.
I have a dbox 2 using sportster and i finally have it working except for one thing, when i press "ok" it doesnt list all of the channels. I am using the sportster pro image (1.1 i think)
Another minor aside, not sure if this has been asked for before, but due to the size of the 2 dbox2 threads, its difficult to find what information you want, I would like if there was a seperate forum for dbox users.

Had sporster until 5 mins ago, the same thing with mine and also volume & Mute buttons didnt respond either, just put commsndo on and its workin fine, didnt even have to do a scan or enter new keycodes so fingers corssed

agghhhh the last times have been grand, just get the codes, stick them over onto the box with the cross over cable reboot and i am back in business...am gone since last night and i tried the codes that ruprect put up and still nothing, i rebooted 3 times as well
help me.....

it sounds as though the commando image is the way forward for auto roll updating.
i am still putting codes in manually until i read a comprehensive post on here confirming it works fine. (with no volume/mute problems)
would anyone like to make that claim ?
or is this a scam to get you to join a download site and pay them money ?
or maybe i shouldn't be so sceptical... does anyone know where i can download this commando 9 image without paying a subscription fee?

lads, the commando image i posted is the most stable and "almost" most up to date image - it is pre-configured with all channels scanned and sorted into correct categories for dublin.
if you flash your dbox2 x2 with it, it should work. you may have to leave it on a locked channel for it to update the keys - leave it for a few minutes!
its alot more stable than the sportster one - for me anyways! commando 9 pre-configured dublin i dont know how long rapidshare files last so get it while its hot :D

Guys.. I can't figure out that auto-update with nagrarom7..
Folder var/keys was empty the first time I ftp-d into my dbox2 (commando 8.20 from oggnoggs shared folder - image works perfectly when keylist updated). I have been editing the keylist for the past 2 weeks and ftp-ing into my dbox via filezilla. Also tried smart-ftp.
Folder now has the keylist.txt file what I have transferred in it. But no other files. I also transferred nagrarom7.bin in it, but it doesn't autoupdate.
Maybe my dbox-files are hidden? Or what do you think I am doing wrong?
Also secondly I have tried streaming stuff from dbox to pc, however tux vision keeps on crashing. So I am trying to get my hands on to "wingrab tv", but german site is down. Anybody knows where to download it from?
