"Open the Code Editor and go to file and press Import XML file.

Import the one you just made and then go to file and Save As cheat database. Save it as usrcheat.dat."

I'm having trouble with this step....I'm not sure which file it's talking about. Please help.

Okay...I figured out how to get the cheat files onto my R4, but when I'm at the game section, only a few games had the codes, I've checked that the ones that don't are (U) versioned, and they are, please tell me what to do. Thanks alot.

If you've figured out how to create a DAT file, just import both the US and EU XML lists into one DAT file. It won't mess up the codes or anything like that.

Well, you can just drag the files over the way you first downloaded the firmware into the SD card. That's what everyone does, methinks.

But in my case, I moved all my SAVs out first and then re-formatted my SD card so that everything would be squeaky clean. Then I dragged the firmware files, my games and my SAVs back into the SD card.

It's up to you. Oh, and I only re-formatted my card because it no longer showed the correct space left in the card (bad sectors or something).

Actually, I found out that in order to use the cheat I need to press the "update code" button on my code editer. XD thx though.

I only use my DS to play games so if you take out the extras by moving them around in your card and the result looks like mine below, it should be fine.

1. R4 Card 01
2. R4 Card 02
3. R4 Card 03

Do you need to own action replay or can you just use the codes on the r4?

Install the Code Manager.
1. Under Subscriptions right click Codejunkies US Games and select copy if you want all or just do this for games you want.
2. Under My Codelists right click and select paste.
3. Let it import the games into your codelist.

Under subsciptions all I have is load failed. What link should it be using? US codes.

I'm beginning to believe that people can't read.

Not even the post above their question.

What are you having trouble with? Loading the code subscriptions? Or converting them?

DS won't connect with ActionReplayManagerCode on my computer..need help please.?
Help Please! Nintendo DS ActionReplay won't link to computer..."Waiting For DS"?
Ok,I just bought an DS Action Replay yesterday from walmart. I'm currently running on Windows XP. I've installed the ActionReplayCode manager software onto my computer. Once it finished downloading,I turn on my DS and went to the mouse menu. Then afterwards I turn on the ActionReplayCodeManager on my computer. And when it comes on,I connect the USB cable onto the computer and DS. Afterwards,,I've installed the USB software onto my computer. Then, when it's installed I close the ActionReplayCodeManager and re-opened it. Now I still have the USB cord connected to my computer and then when I'm on Action ReplayCode Manager, it just keep saying "Waiting For DS" when I already have my DS and computer connected with eachother! Need help with this one please.

Failed solutions:
Unplugging and reconnect the USB over.
Re-Installing the CD
ARCM Reset Code

Respect me, I'll respect you. Everyone has a destiny bond~DEATH!

Did you safely remove hardware when you removed the USB?

For M3, I believe the correct file to use would be the XML file. You might want to substitute that for the DAT file instead.
