thats because you need to update your firmware, first we need to no if its red or blue, blue=12 vents on the tuner (ie rf in)red =8 vents, vents are the slits on the top of the box if you look carefully you will see the tuner coming from the rf in at the back of the box (were your coaxil go's in)so count along that.

I've got to the bottom of this missing channels stuff. You don't need to do a power scan - just an autoscan. The channels you're missing will appear at the end of the list - not the favourites list but the all channel list under TV. You will end up with duplicate channels for the missing ones. Now delete the original channel names and reorder the new ones in your favourites. Volla

Yes we posted that earlier apologies I thought from your pm, you were missing TPs and not just channel moves.

Can anyone please help me.
Im missing stations all of a sudden. Message Service not available.
The signal is like all the other channels that are working they are 85%
I was told to press INFO button twice on channels that dont work and i got the freq 410.000 and 378.000
i tried doing a manual scan it found some channels that were not available but some new channels are gone now.
Any ideas please?
Plus now which im really browned off over is all my channels wee organised and now they are all mixed up after the scan.

Still having problems Steve? Well as they are all messed up now, (should have backed up your CDF), why not do a powerscan on your symbol rate from 270.000 to 460.000 and organise them again. Should get all back then.

Very soon according to what I hear. (1st July), but I was told that back on the 1st of May. Price should be comparitive to the MaxV but obviously you will have to add the HDD. Had a look at one looks the same as a standard MaxV, but has a handy slot at the front for loading the HDD and an on/off switch at the back.

Your old CDF will be outdated but will contain the majority of channels. But you will still have to add the additional TP and scan for other missing channels.

Yes mate i have 13 channels over freq 537, some are test channels so aren't worth having anyway but the others I have are C4,C4+1, Five, ITV (all freq 563), E4(freq 571) and Bravo (freq 603). If you pick these channels up anyway I wouldn't worry too much and be happy as you are. If you're in a different area than me that could explain why the frequencies are different.

Hi Sc0user,
Can you help me out please? I just got the Eurvox V Max 2008 and am only getting 61 TV channels using the UFL_MaxV_Kuro3_28_04_08_T Uploader. I usually have 130 or there abouts. Do I need to manually scan for the remainders or is there a specific UFL for Dublin NTHELL?

You need to use the 18/04/08 firmware. There is a CDF for N** Dublin. You will find all you need in Eamos at the bottom of my post.
