mitch04, how many times do you need to ask & be told the answer to that question? You've asked it over at backupscene & been told the answer a few times.
There's also countless posts on this that you could look through, both here & at backupscene that will fully answer all the questions you may have about PS2 ID changing.

Oh look! nebur69 (reefbreak, or reef, or MaxKain, or needs etc..) is back & has posted the entire Disc ID list from backupscene.
Hopefully Nephilim or another mod will be by shortly & remove the offending post, along with you - this time for good hopefully!! Thief!

You've also been banned from backupscene as well & you WON'T be back this time!

In case there are any questions about posting large amounts of other people's work without getting permission from the author/owner or not giving proper credit, as someone who puts a lot of time into contributing guides to this site I have no tolerance for such things. If you steal someone else's work I'll give you the same treatment I would if it were my work.

Thanks for the post edit Vurbal, from all at backupscene. I had taken screenshots of our list in case you needed further proof (since our list is invisible unless you register on the site), but obviously it wasn't needed.

You don't mention if you're a PAL gamer or an NTSC gamer, but you don't really need the start-up disc. Its just really for setting up your Net Adapter, which can be done with any game that has a Network Setup option, which you need to do to configure the adapter for your PS2.
The only time you will need the disc, and this only applies if you're a PAL gamer, is if you are wanting to play on a Sony made game, such as Ratchet & Clank, Socom, F1, Hardware Online etc.. as those are played on EU Central Station Servers, and you need a Central Station account to play. Central Station is accessed through the start up disc & requires a temporary Network Access Code that should of come with the PS2, and later, a PIN number to verify your account, which is sent by Sony to your EU address to make your account permanent.
I've seen NA discs for download, but you'd still need the temp (unique) access code for your PS2/NA.

Ace you may want to get your facts straight?

That post wasn't me (reef). I'm done with you, it's like talking to a brick wall.

Thanks for answering all my questions (which I already new the answer to) at backupscene though.

And if anyone wants PAL DNA$ IDs feel free to PM me, I get them before backupscene even thinks about it.

Normally I wouldn't bother but, due to certain circumstances, I will supply the IDs. My IDs never fail, I've got new IDs as soon as the game hits the torrents or is released in IRL.

I've got them 3 days before that, cos I've got access to a private dump where all the groups put their stuff bewfore its released to the net, torrents, IRC, usenet etc..
In fact, I could start generating IDs a month in advance if I wanted to, but then there'd be no guarantee they'd work when the game was released.

To be honest, I'm sure people would much rather get their IDs from a site like backupscene, with a proven track record of 100% working IDs, than from a nobody like you that just tries to annoy people & likes to get round site bans, trolling the net.

No idea. Like I said, you don't really need it anyway. Just use the Network Setup option in any game, like Socom.
