I have the latest firmware.
1. Set time using GMT.
2. Go to installation, user installation.
3. Press red button to preform an autoscan.
4. When autoscan completes, IMMEDIATELY go to time settings again.
5. Make sure time is still correct.
6. Turn GMT off.
7. Press blue button to save and exit.
Please advise.
thats for setting the time, what channels have you missing?
I dont get any channels. I have the eurovox red. The digits on the screen of the box show as 0000.
try and do a factory reset, menu config, clear data, factory default, when that finishes do a powerscan as in pic disregarding the fav sort at the end
It worked like a treat. Thanks Karljd. Much appreciated

Had the same problem last night "Service unknown " After fiddling around with the lead however I got it back.
Then I remembered that on Sunday, whilst meesing with the remote I had turned the "Booster" on when I really don't need it.
Could this be the problem ??????
Anyway i turned the Booster off last night so I hope that idf it is I have cured it.
If not, then i have something "dodgy " going on

Hey Guys, I've posted this a couple of times, and just read the end of this thread here. I am having major problems with my Eurovox. I am on Ch**us Dublin and for the last 4-5 months the channels would jitter and sound get distorted. In the last few weeks, it has become unwatchable with this happening every few minutes, and I turned it on there to it happening non-stop. I sometimes get Service Unknown, and last night on the BBC's it was trying to update codes, even though other channels were working (albeit glitchy).
I've tried everything, system reset, reinstalling the firmware, even a different eurovox and its always the same problem. I went and bought a signal booster from Ebay, but this didnt help any bit. Can anyone confirm if this is a general Ch**us issue or is it just me?
Thanks

Presume you are around the Malahide/Swords area? What model do you have and what firmware revision are you using? Press info twice on the problem channels and post what it says for signal level/quality.

Yup, I am in the Swords area. Signal & quality is showing 87% on most channels, and the majority are skipping (glitchy)
I'm using a Eurovox Max V 2008 with Apr 18th firmware.
