As I thought, it's pointing to the wrong executable. Someone's obviously mucked about with the files before they uploaded it for you to download.

Here's what it should say..
Quote:
BOOT2 = cdrom0:\SLES_539.91;1
VER = 1.00
VMODE = PAL
You're gonna have to rebuild the game, making sure to edit the SYSTEM.CNF file with the proper info.

Has no online functions. This has been discussed in here already. Get the NTSC version if you want to go online with it.

Yes, the PAL version does go online from a backup. But you do need to be a European/Australian resident with a Central Station Account.

Ace1uk

i need some help here, i burned this game twice (Socom 3).

It kept giving me 864 error.

I tried booktyping the DVd to a DVD-ROM, still same result.

Im using Taiyo Yuden DVD+R.
Should i give it a try with a DVD-R?

Could be your ID is incorrect. Keep the 1st 2 sets of digits pretty low, no higher than '20 XX'

Might help if you post your request in the correct ID List. SLUS = NTSC. This one's for PAL games.

Apart from that, you'll find it at backupscene (always 1st)
