I started this thread to prove the Ds is better. Maybe all that I've said will sway someone's opinion. I still think DS is better but that's my opinion. Least I could say is that they're equal. Paul please stop the use of unnessescary exclamation marks.

6. I'm going to have to give the big Thumbs Down on the PSP right now. There has been two games that I've spent time with, MLB 2005 and VirtuaTennis, and I'm not a bit Sports Game Fan. Ports Ports and more Ports. I'm afraid developers are going to see it as too easy to port existing games, instead of developing new. Sony say that the DS is a "Gimic", What about MP3 players, Web Browsers, and UMD Movies. I'd much rather have fun with a gimic (touchscreen) than have to pay 20 bucks for a movie i already own! The only reason to own a PSP right now, unless you're a GTA Fan, is the HomeBrew stuffs. I hope and pray the developers come around, that was a lot of money to spend on something I barely use. I was hoping this holiday season would be really big for the PSP, but it's not looking that way :( Oh well, back to Mario Kart!

Very true. If we can agree that the DS is great in it's own right, I'll shut up. I was about to agree but then some idiot had to start the whole thing up again. PSP & DS. The odd couple. that's what a lot of people have been saying here!! The ds is a good handheld but WE PREFER THE PSP!!! hence why we are in the psp forums. You on the other hand have been bashing everyone who says the ds is second to psp because in your opinion it's not.
From what i understand the ds sold more in japan and psp sold more than ds in europe and usa. That's just from the last time i checked which was a while ago so if i'm wrong don't have your period just show me a link where it states it. You have to take into consideration that the ds came out first so it's gonna sell more.

Ok Hollowtip I will have much more fun.. But it looks like sum1 didn't give the DS a chance... When you guys say that you favor PSP to DS even though DS is good. That's alot of manure. What about all the people who said "DS sucks monkey nuts..." ...Just putting it out there. U flame my handheld, I'll flame yours.
Have fun running NINTENDO homebrews on your psp. That's just about as much fun you'll have with it.

lmao hollowtip ur in the same boat as me , i have a ds and im still lookin 4 games but they al little child games with makeing a dog. i have a psp and it kicks the ds's ass all the way. AND tbh the touchscreen is crap , i have goldeneye for the ds and wtf is happening with the controls , i tryed changing them but they r all skrewed. just hurts your hand , u dont want pain while playing a game u want fun!!!!!!!!!!! goldeneye is about the only game not ment for 2 year olds and it sucks balls. PSP is superior END OF!!

I dont put down the psp like u guys put down the DS. I have facts that prove why the DS is a superior GAMING MACHINE. But screw logic, I'm just gonna insult the psp. The psp is for retards who cant tell the difference between a good game and crap. I feel sorry for everyone who bought a psp. Stuck downloading homebrew and listening to music. Let me ask you guys this. If nintendogs is such a "crappy" and "childish" game. then how did it get a higher rating than the world famous GTA for psp!? I know i'm not alone. In my high school, the DS OWNS. Every morning when I take the sub-way to school (Except for these past few days due to a transit strike) Every time I see a handheld it's a DS. I see adults sporting the DS, Teens sporting the DS, and finally and most likely..kids. How many psp's have I seen since it was released in New York? 2! 2 blummin psp's. Talk about alot of people to play with. Psp is more of a "pet rock" because it Will be in a box sooner or later... collecting dust. I can forsee that Sony will stop making game systems alltogether after ps3 because it sucks at it....
