IS IT POSIBLE TO CONECT AN EXTERNAL HD TO THE FAT PS2 AS IT HAS A FIREWIRE PORT, WHICH I THINK IT IS FASTER THAN A USB 2.0
AS I WOULD LIKE TO PLAY GAMES ON IT, PLUS IS IDE HD SUPPORTED IN ALL FAT PS2 MODALS V3-11?

Oops Lol sorry forgot about that, and I have a FAT also.
But I do not believe the PS2 will recognize a hard drive from that port or at least I don't know of any program to make it recognize it.

Why are you not impressed?
Every game I have backed up so far works fine with Firmware v1.2 on my V14 and V7. The ones that don't I boot up with it, you can use the SM 3.8 elf or 3.3 elf as long as you have the sensors blocked or using a fliptop on a FAT.
Check my blog here, and theres a link with a guide to tell you how.
If you need the SM 3.8 elf, just click on my profile, and go to my folder to download it.
It works until the new firmware is finished.
