I found a link to the file. I also found a bit torrent for it.
I installed it and it works great. It does however take about 3-5 minutes to load the install files once you start the program.

The bit torrent name is "Epson PrintCD English Takes 5 Minutes to Install .rar"
I also found it using Limewire with the same name.

Thanks for posting an alternative source for the Epson SW.
I was bummed to hear that the Epson Print CD software I posted didn't work for you. I just downloaded it and installed it again to see if I uploaded a bad file, but it works fine for me. It is the full English version with graphics and everything (that's why it's over 12MB).
Anyway, if anyone else is having trouble with this file please let me know and I'll try to figure out where I went wrong.

No problem, I think all the help we can give on this well worth the effort, considering all the time I spent searching support sites for this little simple program. It's simply a crime that Epson does not include this download along with the driver on their home support site! Its a very important part of their R200 printer support, but they seem to be deaf and dumb!

i tried downloading this file from last link , downloaded fine and unzipped but as soon as i tried to install it asked for the cd...any ideas??..cheers

Burn it to a cd!
You should do that anyway, in case something happens later, you don't have to go searching for another link to the software, again!

hi, id already burnt it to a disc...but installation stops at 19% from both disc and file, ive tried downloading it all again and installation stops at 19% how ever i try , cheers again for any help....totally lost why Epson dont have this on their site anyway!!!

Guys,
What is all the fuss about? This is the full Epson Print CD program. I've triple checked it and it works fine. Download it, run a virus check if you want... but trust me... this is it.
I feel your pain after searching everywhere for it too. I have no idea why Epson does not put it on their download page.
Good luck and please advise if you do have a problem... but you won't.

As most of you seem to have the software now, is there any chance of a bit of help using it.
I am trying to insert a logo as a jpeg onto the cd with gold lettering on it but it always shows on the screen (and prints) in a darkish red.
If i print the logo straight from the folder its in , it prints in gold ?..

I became aware of this thread when I first couldn't find my R220 installation CD to reinstall the software (how frustrating is that?). Alot of nice people have posted some links but most of them doesn't work anymore (and the working ones seems to be for older versions/other language than what I was using). Now, the great news is that it made me more eager to find my own installation CD...and I did!! I've shared the software at topic here... ;)

BTW, I know how frustrating it can be to have a damaged installation CD with the drivers and all and in situations where you don't have a backup it really just seems ridiculous that the manufacturer doesn't provide a download for each of the printing tools on the CD... :/
