Hi. I've got an Epson R200 and have been using the Print Cd software but every now and then it just stops working! Specifically it doesn't accept the loading of the discs - it throws them out and shows a message saying that the tray wasn't loaded properly. Last time I had to re-install Windows from scratch to make it work again, but obviously I can't do this each time. Can anyone help please???

You have to send the "Installer", not the actual software, after it's been installed. Too many pieces go to different places. Some is in the Epson folder. Some is in the Windows folder. Some is in the registry.....etc.
If you have the disc in your drive, right click on it, and click on "Explore", and drag the Epson PrintCD installer icon to the desktop. Once it's on the desktop, you can send it, via email, as an attachment, unless the file size is larger than email allows. Then you can send it through ICQ or AIM.

look under titles & you'll see epson print cd folder with the sub-folder english. in that sub-folder is the files needed so when emailing, do an attachment on each file & when done than send the email with the 10 attachments.

I don't know what's going on w/this printer = R220. It used to print my DVD's perfectly find, and now all of a sudden, it doesn't print all the way to the inner diameter/hole/circle. It's off pretty good and it's cutting off vital words that I need -- all along wasting valuable ink, ha. I even moved the inner diameter for kicks to where it moved it to "custom" but had the exact same result. Please help. i'm using Mac OSX if it helps. Thanks for any feedback.

dear friends,
you will not believe how simple the solution is!
All you have to do is to pull your printer some more centimeters away from the wall behind it...and that's it!
I have had the same problem and after one week of headache i found out what's going on:the cd tray can't load completely cause it hits what's behind the printer!!!

Hi Everyone,
seems to be quite a popular request this one regarding Epson PrintCD.
The reason thay have stopped offering the software is because they do not own it and had some liscencing issues.
Anyway you can find it here:

It looks like you're selling it, on that site.
It's against the forum rules to come here and sell stuff from your site.
It's called spam, and is frowned upon!
