That would be great. I was wishing in the game that you could re-watch movies without replaing the game especially the pirates of the caribian video clips.

What quality are you guys thinking of? There's three settings in my recording options. I can get 1 hour per DVD in high, about 2 hours in medium, and 6 hours in low. I could easily record myself playing the enitre game using maybe 4 DVD's and then go back and edit out the actual gameplay. I'd have to host a couple samples of high, medium, and low of course.
And I had a similar idea of hosting all the important videos for people to use as a reference, however, graffik's idea is sort of growing on me.

I'd capture all the game and then cut it so I would only see the story relevant parts, maybe with text inserts to describe what's been going on, if that isn't clear through the vids. For instance, I'd cut out all the "just disney" story parts and keep only those that connect to the "main story".
Concerning the quality: I'd like to capture in DVD quality. I know that'll take hell of HD capacity but I'm gonna capture about 10 GB, cut them, burn them, and go on. Don't know how long the footage will be in the end. Big project... :D

In regards of video cards- if you save videos in AVI or lower quality you could do 10-20 hours of video on 1 dvd depending on quality you set, or if you convert it to like real media even takes less space. You can also buy dvd players (for tv sets) that will play AVI, and mpeg without conversion so you can store a whole lot more space stuff.. If you want a site to get info on the various dvd players that do that let me know. (one i have only cost $70) Creating in High quality mode on a card like mine (mpeg-2) then converting it to VCD format with software like Roxio dvd creator cuts it down by about 1/10th its initial size and will play on most tv dvd players, it will lower its resolution when switched to VCD tho (but will still be decent) OF course make sure capture cards have STEREO they do not all come with that

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Sorry to bother ya but I was wondering if you could give me some help, how the HELL do you complete the mission in Twightlight Town 'Poster Duty' in 30 seconds, I have all my forms to the max level 7, summoning maxed out I have super glide 2, and I just beat the hell out of Sephiroth (finally) and i'm lvl 99. The real trick to kickin his ass is to watch him and have super jump and glide 2- as soon as he rises to do heartless angel just start kickin his ass. Its so easy, but yeah I really need help with the Poster Duty mission. Any tips?? *_*;

listen to what kingsora said about finding easy routes. one easy to complete it quickly is by looking for a place with a lot of areas to put the posters.

I would suggest play it a few times, learn to use SUPER-Glide to get to the locations with 3 poster slots as fast as possible. I gave up on alot of the 2nd parts like the pots myself because had no real way to figure how to do them. Best guess i've heard is on these things try out different keyblade combos (you cannot change keyblades usually if you have max strength codes used tho) It's not required in 'proud mode' to complete jimmys journal to see hidden stuff just unlock all worlds

I gotta beat this Poster Duty mission. I've unlocked everything else. I killed Sephiroth, got to lvl 99 with all characters, all forms are maxed out, all summons are maxed out, completed trash duty or whatever with the garbage. completed phils training, Have all synthesis recipes and a rank S moogle. The best way I completed getting 1000 points was to have no combo's equiped, had negative combo equiped and just hit the huge pots into the little ones as soon as they appear. The best way to kill Sephiroth is to just get him in the air after you start of with triangle, beat the crap out of him for a few seconds then use trinity, then beat the crap out him til he warps, all in one long combo, jump up in the air and he'll attack you, keep hittin square and you'll start to get him in Berserk for a few bars and he'll warp again- then you'll fall and you can use an item real quick, but as soon as you get him at about half life or a little above he'll start with that 'heartless angel' crap. Oh I love that so much it give me the perfect opportunity to jump up before he's done saying it and take 2-3 bars of health off him. everything else he does is pretty dodgeball, you can run from the black orbs or just keep hitting them. I always just keep an eye on Sephiroth and wait for him to do 'Heartless Angel' so i can yet again take a few bars of health :). It's so frustrating with just one thing left to do after I did everything already, This is what i've been trying to do for poster duty:
as soon as it starts I glide tot he left, stop on top of the building, but for some reason Sora only hits 2 of the ones on top and then does the 3 right under it so one is blank- I don't have the time to jump back up and get it again, fly behind it get the 3 there and then go right, hit the one on the wall near the stairs, hit the one in the corner on the stairs, hit the one on the little awning and then the next little awning, jump across get those 3 and then get the ones right to the left of that which is a group of 3 and 1 next to it and I keep finishin in 32:26!!!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I wish I knew a better route i'm so close.

I DID IT!
Yesterday (or actually rather today) I finally finished with the last of the gummi missions on S Rank and got that "all complete" screen plus crown gummi. That last hunter was hell... till I found out that making a ship with just one Ulitma/G and all the cockpits I got plus some gummis for health and movement (that thing was damn slow...) makes you like immortal when you equip all the Auto-Regens you got... looks pretty weird though *g* Called it CockpitAttack :D
However, having done that means I now beat all aspects of that game... (first time I played, I just got all the items without finishing the journal or anything else)
Somehow frustrating...
Well, today I'm gonna start off from where I fight Xigbar in The World that never was, play till before the endboss and then load my ultimate safegame, finishing the game for the second time.
@kingsora:
I'll come up with my next PM to you as soon as I did that :D
@Celes:
My route was as follows:
Right after the start turn right and fly to that balcony over there where you can see the poster straight ahead, turn around the corner to the left and do that other poster there. Then turn left again, fly over to that canopy and do the poster there, then on to the left, to that other canopy and further along that kind of balustrate doing all posters but just till you are on the N/S level where you started. When you are, turn left and glide over to the roof balcony. (That one's tricky - you need to glide and tap the X button right before you are landing, so you won't get stuck on the edge). On the wall on the right there's another poster. Then turn right and glide through the passage between the two buildings straigt to the round shop-tower on the main square where those two 3-poster walls are. (same here about the edge) Just as you said Sora will only post 5 of the 6, but that's ok. Then quickly glide to the N/W corner of the screen and do the final 3 posters there. I managed to do that in about 27-28 seconds. What's important is that you tap the X and glide along right after you posted so Sora won't hit the ground. Maybe that helps! Good luck!
@graffik:
First of all, thx for the video introduction :)
Concerning your problem with the orbs: Just like some others said just equip Fenrir and Negative Combo and disequip all Combo pluses (or, as I did, everything else just to make sure). When you then start, first smash the few orbs that are there quickly. After that a big one and several small ones will appear. Run to the small ones and smash them towards the big one. When they hit it, it'll burst and leave piles of orbs. Just go on like that and you should do it easily! :)

Yea Jimminy's Journal isn't as difficult as I thought it would be. I worked on it for perhaps 2 and a half hours and almost finished it. All I have to do is a couple skateboard missions in Traverse and Halloween Town, (At least I think that's what they are) as well as some random combo's/synth list stuff.
Phil's Training = Fenrir, Negative Combo, no Combo Pluses, and you hit the big pots into the smaller pots. (I think it's easier to hit the big one into the smaller ones...) I got almost 2000; it's easy once you know this secret.
Poster Duty = Find a good route. I beat it in 29 seconds flat and it took me a good 10-15 tries cause my route was fairly demanding. I swear I must have gotten 30.79 seconds 4 times... Anyway, I'm thinking of capturing me doing some of the harder Jiminy Journal Missions so people can see exactly what to do. (This would help especially in Poster Duty...)
AkiraFF: I envy you! I still need like 3-4 more S ranks and I'm done. Assault on the Dreadnaught is ridiculous! I'll have to try that multiple cockpit thingy. (I also have to figure out what in the world that never was an UltimaG is...) Any ideas for gummi ships trying to beat the two Highway Missions? Also, you should try taking your 100% game to Timeless River to check out that Mickey Charm keyblade thing. See if it's a hoax or what...

GUMMI MISSIONS
The ultima G thing didn't do anything for me, maybe against standard ships alone. Only way i was able to get the big villan ship was have 1 auto life on and best weapons ship along with invulnerable gummi.. Even with invulnerable gummi the ship can take you out multiple times so be wary. Basic idea on that is when the large + hits and diamond try to move away from those specific areas
When i played i got s all levels S+1 to 5 on the level 3s. Best way i found to do this is soup up CANNON stuff not lasers they don't pack enough damage especially on big ships where you get most of the points, and bonus items. (have one of the cheapest lazers for lock on tho)
Anyone know if there's a way to get the gummi sets beyond 200?
or valid gameshark codes for the gummi (invulnerable works but thats it)

@kingsora:
That Ultima/G is the fourth gummi in the lock-on weapon gummi menu - it's displayed white.
I put on that gummi, all the cockpits I got and some bevelled gummis for HP and mobility. The ships damn slow at maneuvering but that's not that bad cause you won't need to move a lot with the lock-on weapons anyway :D I let the ship fly with the two durandal teeny ships (slightly modified with some extra weapon gummis, though) - that works just fine.
About the Highway Missions: I guess you can't get the treasures where you gotta take down that reaper wheels in one or two hits - had my hard time with them, too. Just stick to using the CockpitAttack model with the durandals just like described above - it'll also work here :D
Concerning that Mickey thing: Thx for remembering - just did :) Sorry though, that's just a fairy tale. No mickey anywhere but I didn't believe this in the first place since I got the Japanese Ultimania and there's nothing about that in it... and they usually got ALL the secrets (even those that aren't real secrets like the thing with the different pictures on your safegame files and so on)...
Ok, now I'm gonna make toast out of Xemnas >:}

That UltimaG thing + Cockpits works on Assault On The Dreadnought, but not the Highways. I'll have to try something else. However, even with the UltimaG/cockpit combo, I can only get an "A" on Mission lvl 3 in Assault. This stuff is freaking hard; and possibly the most frustrating of any part of the game.
Anyway, I eat Jiminy Journals for breakfast man. I had like 4 worlds fully complete this morning, and now I'm done with EVERYTHING from it. Synth list, Combos, Missions, chest, etc. I'll have to beat the game again to see the 100% Jiminy Journal listing after the credits :).
How many hours you guys have built up? Between Jimminy Journal, Gummi Missions, maxing out my character's stats and simply beating the game, I have like 82 hours built up! Way more than I ever had for KH1... I'm getting nerdier by the second.

Play as MICKEY DONALD, GOOFY- ANYTIME- (you have 3 members anyways)
*******Warning some features cannot be done as mickey SEE INFO BELOW
requires gameshark or codebreaker (tried codebreaker works fine)
MUST BE ON CODE) CB/GS/Xp (Armax Game ID 0911 Region USA)
F02FD330 002FD333
MUST BE ON FOR THESE -) CB6+/GS3+/Xp4+
902FD330 0C0C42BD
mUST BE ON FOR THESE-)(M) AR2v2/Gs2v2
0E3C7DF2 1456E7A5
F02FD330 002FD333
CODE IS ALWAYS SAME
40340C9C 00130001
10010209 00000000
There is also codes to mix the 3 but they are confusing this info was found from another forum and tested
**** Mickey as primary character -Do not open chests, Do not attempt drive form (won't let you anyways), avoid cut-scenes REMEMBER - As mickey as main character can affect the game Best to try this when doing random play not completing worlds
IS it permissible to add codebreaker codes to this forum? I found some working upgrades to the gummis. All it does is give 99 AP and opens most of the bonus things such as cost upgrade (DOES NOT give point upgrades tho)

Yay. Finally got S Rank or higher on ALL Gummi missions, I've already finished Jiminy's Journal, and I already maxed my Sora out. I'm now officially the Kingdom Hearts Guru :p.
People tried to help me out with gummi ship missions talking about voodoo economics and a contraption known as a doughnut ship... they were full of SHIT!!!! If anyone needs help with the gummi missions, I'm here, because I think I've successfully found a way to make each and every mission a breeze. (You just need some common sense, i.e. pick up the medal orbs that flow from the Heartless Gummi ships you're reaping upon...)
OK, so I headed down to Timeless Rive... ya know, to check it out. I went into every area and killed every Heartless; no King Mickey; and sure as hell no Mickey Charm. I think this myth had be debunked :).
Now all I gotta do is max out Donald and Goofy ;).

GUMMI MISSIONS- I do opposite of what guy said above - don't bother with extra cockpits (heck even remove the one that comes with it) add several auto-lock gummies that draw less speed and add more engines. Add the power spheres and poles to boost power (taken from engines) add a couple wings- speed stays basically same or faster. this way speed is not removed that the cockpit gummis take.
If anyones interested found some decent codebreaker codes for this including 99 AP for gummi (that works) (or just goto gamefaqs :)

Codebreaker is an alternate cheat code software for ps2 than Gameshark is. Often having an increased amount of types of codes and varied over Gameshark.
currently there's probably a couple hundred working codebreaker codes for this game , and only maybe 10 or so working gameshark codes for it. if you want more info on the software just add a .com to its name :)

Palverez: Why did she cheat? 84 hours is extremely possible seeing as I did it in about 82 and I assure you I did not cheat. Also, I believe AkiraFF has a strategy guide which makes most of the beginning hours (beating the meat of the game) dwindle away to almost nothing.

Concerning the time: no strategy guide (except for the syth items) but the second run on the game :) First one took about 45 hours but without completing anything - just all the treasure chests and the main story :D

Oh... well beating the game second time around is as good as having the strategy guide I guess. Funny, this was my first time beating the game and on Proud Mode. I think I made damn good time. I even watched all the videos! Then again, when playing the game straight, there's less room for "Now where exactly was I and what was I supposed to do?" I got the game the day it came out, drove home (I was looking at colleges in Minnesota) which took about 3-4 hours, and then played it basically for 22 hours straight until I had beaten it. Then the hours just started rolling in as I first maxed out my character, and then came the real fun with journal/gummi ;).
Also, sorry for the assumption concerning your sex. I think it comes natural when you don't really know the people you're talking to; you have these predetermined conceptions that they are almost exactly like yourself...
