hmm i orderd from www.modchip.ca the same place i allways order from and i got a order complete but im sitll waiting for it they usually send u a tracking number when they ship it im thinking they might be back orderd or sumthing

o...cause mine already said "Your order has been completed successfully and has now been shipped" and they gave me so many firken numbers and stuff including tracking...if it says that can they still 'backorder' it? dang...that'd sux

so does anyone kno about saving JAP data on an NTSC memory card with NTSC data already on it? does it work?

Don't know if this helps, but I've managed to save data from my Japanese NTSC shooters on a memory card formatted in a PAL machine and with PAL saves already on it.
I was quite pleased, in fact, because Gamecube memory cards are a pain in that regard (i.e. you have to save all your Jap stuff on one card and PAL on another).

yea! thats the same with my gamecube(NTSC) and JAP memory, thats so stupid. So PS2 memory cards dont mess act like the gamecubes one? (from your experience)

Exactly. I've been OK so far with PAL/NTSC (JAP) games on the same card, so I can't see any reason why US and JAP games shouldn't sit happily together. It doesn't mean they will :) but it's worth a try.

don't buy from modchip.ca!
they said the sm3.3 would ship on the 23rd thats why i bought it so early, now it says it will ship on the 26th!!!! and i paid for overnight shipping and they said expected delivery is the 29th!!!
bs bs bs! i am mad!!! >:(

Write back to them and ask for a refund of some of your postage. They've broken a contract with you, and should give you some compensation.
Don't get aggressive, just be firm and say what's wrong with their service, what service you thought you were going to get, and how you're unhappy.

Yeah www.modchip.ca lied big time to me too. I canceled my order after they didn't mail the 3.3 by the 24th. Then they called me up and were like "why do you want to cancel" and I said "because it was supposed to ship the 23rd."
Then he said that it was going to ship EITHER Friday or Monday and I said I didn't want to wait that long.
I'm not going to pay $18 overnight shipping if it doesn't ship for 4 days. Big time lie on their part. They said something like the shipment of 3.3's got held up at the border.

but dang it! now that i think about it, they totally ripped me off 2 since i payed FEDEX next day shipping...i better not think about it, otherwise i'd wanna cancel...

this is what it says:

As u can see shipping was supposed to start on the 23rd but they changed it to the 26th but forgot to change rd from 23rd to a th for the 26th.
So, shipping starts on the 26th and overnight shipping would mean u should be getting it by either today/tomorrow
just deal with it!!

Oh no what a tragedy you have to wait 2-3 days longer than expected big deal u sill get ur shit and there a real good company atleast u dont have to worry about being screwed u allways end up getting ur stuff the longest i've ever had to wait is 5days to get something from them which ant that big of a deal get over it fuck all u guys are whinning cause u have to wait two more days whats the big deal!

guys i recommend that you get it at consolesource.com i ordered from them and got the swap magic 3.3 after 2 days i payed the 29.74 usd and took the fast shipping.
