Yea, I meant that my PS2 read the disk...and I tried to tape/straw method and got it to play a burned copy of San Andreas. No problems at all...kinda annoying to play with the top open though.

its sometimes loud for me so wat i did was, but i managed to make it so that i can close it, all it takes it the mods (voiding ur warrenty) on pg. 1 of this forum and sum more duck tape then u can open and close whenever u feel like it.^^

hello any one i have post a new thread about this with all and the easiest way to do a soft mod on the new pstwo to work with the swapmagic discs.

Thats why its cheaper, its the older version of swap magic.

Its not really a softmod though. A softmod would be using no "equiptment".

I need help i got Swap Magic 3.2 and it works for the PS2 Slim Line, im trying to play an Original Copy of Berserk Import and it loads the blue screen and then the screen turns black then nothing else happens, can anybody tell me what I done wrong?

Just read on ps2ownz.com that there is a PS2 Flip Top that has just come out. Sounds pretty nifty. Beats putting sticky tape or straws in my system. Looks kinda ugly now though.

I haven't seen this site really mentioned anywhere, its called "gocybershop" so I wanted to know if anyone has used it and what the experience was. I'm in Canada, so I believe its a Canadian site and is best/closest for me. Please let me know if you know anything. I'm looking to grab the new SM3.3, so we'll see.

The second one they have marked is just the disc break, it doesn't let the disc spin if the lid is up, but if you take off the case it's not there anymore because it's built on to the case itself.

dvd loader is burnt to DVD! Thats the whole point. if you want to burn to cd get CD LOADER.

I got CD Loader to work and now when I insert the Bigger TOC after CD Loader Program loads it says "INVALID MEDIA", what am I doing wrong, i've tried the Swap Magic 2.0 DVD Metal Gear Solid 3, Clock Tower 3 Metal Gear Solid 2 and Fianl Fantasy X.

Yeah I don't have a DVD burner to make back up copies I just want to play imports, but all the games I listed are original copies.

you shouldn't need cd loader unless its listed at swapmagicfix.com
