The fact you have a 2.10 and that you are trying to play GTA ISO makes a difference. NO ISO's can be played on versions which are higher than 1.5. Teh only way you can play ISO's is by downgradeing your PSP BUT THERE IS NO DOWNGRADER FOR 2.10, only for 2.0. Still, there are many people who say that a downgrader will soon appear. All you have to do is wait.

Good luck

PS: You do not have the GAME, PHOTOS, MOVIE and MUSIC folders because of the version of your PSP.

Sorry.. but you will have to remove the email from your reply since it goes angainst forum rules. Maybe the ISO file was too large to fit into your Memory card and therefore that error appeared. PLEASE REMEVE THE EMAIL NOW! ITs FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

good luck

There are tow ways:

1)Get the ISO file into A program called YA_ANOTHER_UMD_ISO_SHRINKER which can be found in www.psp-hacks.com. This will not shrink your ISO very much.. Only 30mb or 40mb.

2) Download a SMALLER ISO from any torrent. By this you will not have to worry about shrinking the ISO and you will be able to use it perfectly. The good thing is that there is no difference between the SHRINKED ISO and the ORIGINAL ISO.

I Strongly recomend the second option. By the way, REMEMBER THAT THE ISO FILE MUST HAVE BOTH PSP_GAME FOLDER AND UMD_DATA.BIN INSIDE IT. If these tow archives are not there the iso dosen't work! and ALSO remember that the ISO FILE must be put into the ISO fodler of the PSP memory stick and not the PSP_GAME AND UMD_DATA.BIN files separately

Since you are also trying to play gta:lcs iso, I read in the other threads that there are no emulator out there right now that will play this game. I was also bummed out coz this is a great game. I also found that newer games can't be played using the iso loaders since the newer games check the firmware of your psp. So if you have a 1.5 firmware and the game runs on 2.0 or higher, tough luck. Hope they find a solution to this problems.

@yatrik04... NBA should work with UMDEMULATOR. The settings you must use are these:

CPU/Bus speed : 333/166 mhz
Iso emulation mode : direct load
Disctype Iso : Game
Disctype Umd : Game
Updater Icon : ORIGINAL
Use boot.bin : ON
Regioncode Override : ON
Regioncode game/video/audio : REGIONFREE

Flash0 emulation : ON
Flash1 emulation : OFF

If these do not work change the ISO emulation mode to COPY LOAD. Remember to start the emulation with an UMD disk inside the PSP.

Good luck

@hyslop.......... If your psp has a firmware version of 2.01, it will not run umd emulator 8.0. You need a version 1.5 to run it.

@yatrik04... try NFS most wanted or Tony hawk Underground 2 remix or SSX on tour or Virtua Tennis. I have all of these games and all of them work fine.

@hyslop... amon is right. You can't play any ISO game on 2.01. Still, I don't know if you have read, taht a new EBOOT LAUNCER has been released for 2.01. Soon there will be an emulator and you will be able to play ISO files

@yatrik04.. I think both games are too new for version 1.5. You can only play these games if you have FW 2.0 and the original UMD disks of the tow games

@amon... I am almost sure that Matrix will not work on a PSP 1.5. It will only work on FW 2.00 onwards whith the original UND disk. Still do not worry: NEW LOADERS ARE STARTING TO APPEAR IN ORDER TO PLAY HOMEBREW ON FW 2.00 2.01 2.04 2.05 and even 2.06. Soon a new ISO loader will be created for these FW versions, so check around the Forun for any new news

good luck

Homebrew on FW 2.01, 2.05 and 2.06! Awesome! We all love Fanjita!! What a brain!

But i heard rumour said that Fanjita refuse to create an ISO loader for FW 2.0 upward, for the reason "that will kill homebrew" ??? Is that true?

Hopefully not. I like playing homebrew games as much as psp iso games. Saves me from using the lens of my umd drive. Don't know if he can resist the cries of the gaming community.
