make sure you format your memorystick before you install devhook again. just to make sure you have a clean install. if you want to keep your saved games, just transfer them over to your pc then format your ms, then put the saved games back on. also, if you flashed your devhook before, make sure you remove it before flashing it on when you re-install it. hope this helps.

3.02 OE-A.The recovery folder is for returning to 1.5.

First check if you have a ta-082 motherboard:

Does anyone know how to get RemaPSP to work on Devhook 0.51.0100 running 3.02? It says to add some lines to pspbtcnf_game.txt but its all garbled so I decided to edit the lines and put them in pspbtcnf_game_dh.txt and see if it would work. I changed the lines to this:
/kd/nkthread.prx #DEVHOOK
/kd/remapsp.prx #DEVHOOK
...so that it would match the other similar lines in the text. It just crashes everytime when I load my game.

...or if its too hard or impossible to get RemaPSP running on DevHook 0.51.0100 could someone suggest something that would work that would give me the ability to use AutoFire/TurboFire? That's all I really want.

djmazz this is a devhook thread.(not for 3.02 oe-a)
ummjay I used my flash1 folder from my 2.71 FW dump and did not flash my psp.(reame it to f1 and put it in the FW folder you will use)
omz86 you can not do anything with a 3.02 FW psp.(no iso's)
Wheelman5 some mods do not work in the new devhook.(and edit your post)
eleven9th put the devhook 0.4X files where they go in your MS and it will work.(I did not take out my DHv46 when I installer the new DHv51.01 and the 2 work)

hey juan2320 thanks for the help i got devhook 0.4X for 2.71 running but when i select the 1.5 fw and start it justs shuts off.? any idea why? am i missing files i just put the folders [dh] and folders that were in [game] which consist of "DH_ENG2.71" "_SCE_DH_ENG" "%_SCE_DH_ENG". get back to me! thanks alot!
do i have to do a 1.54 dump again.?

u can play isos on a psp with a NON TA motherboard 1.5 fw. or a fw 2.71 TA motherboard.

Okay guys,
I am totally new to this website, i've read up on other stuff from this website, eg. how to emulate iso's and img files using Alcohol 120% but today's the first time I have actually registered.
I've been emulating for quite some time now since I received my PSP over a year ago. I have recently upgraded from 1.5 to 2.71 se-c.
My Devhook works and runs most of my backups but it is for some reason not working with MGS:PO.
I've been reading up and have discovered 3.02 oe runs it fine and has devhook already installed. Is this true and how do I do this???
I have a 3.02 walkthrough but cannot get the data.dxar file to be created. Here's the website I got it form: http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=40046
I put the 1.5(obtained from psp-hacks website) and 3.02 pbp files into psp/game/oeupdmaker but does not create the file when i run it.
Does anyone have an executable installer for 3.02 or a simpler guide which actually has all the files ready eg. 1.50 eboot file.
If not, can somebody please shed some light on how to get MGS:PO running on my 2.71 se-c psp.

today i downgraded my PSP from 2.8 to 1.5 and have just installed devhook 0.51.01 and dont know what to do next? i would like to be able to play iso's but dont know how?
please help

Hi 2 all,I am new to the afterdawn forums.
I have a fw1.50 PSP.
Installed devhook 0.51.0000 with fw3.02, did upgrade to 0.51.0100
The emulation of fw3.02 is ok and I can play my MOH Heroes and Syphon filter UMDs, but I cant get *.cso/iso to work.
From the 15 cso/iso I tried only 3 are working. The others go past the white psp intro screen but then its either, psp shuts off or returning to XMB with message "This game could not be started 80020148"
What can be wrong?

i suggest u to update to 3.02OE-revision A(then to revision B)!!!
if the ISOs r not bad they will work as long as i think!!!
and u also will have a option to come back to 1.5-2.71 from 3.02 OE-A!!! :) plse reply of it worked or not!!!!!

same to u!! and then u can add .iso files to ISO folder in the root of ur memory stick!!!play iso by inserting an umd game(the demo umd will also work)!!!

if u have option to downgrade then do it first(if ur mobo is not TA-082)

I have 3.02oe-a installed currently. my .cso files did work, but now when i boot up the iso i get the psp logo then black screen. why is this happening? i downgraded back to 1.5 then installed 3.02oe-a again to see if that relieved the problem but didn't. what is wrong, what can i do? thanks.

Yes, I was considering to install fw3.02OE-A, B.
Its great that you can go back to a clean 1.5!? But I must read more about it. Also I have my concerns about bricking.
But, did you say that if the iso/cso (I use mostly cso) is not bad, they should run fine on my devhook fw3.02?

im having the same issues as you are with my other psp. i have 3.02oe-a on there, the .cso files worked at one point, now don't. i can't figure out what it is, i downgraded back to 1.5 and did it again, and no good. i may try the 3.02oe-b also. idk. or may just go to devhook
