well iv got .51 and it works on some of the games even after i deleted the installer.... Not 1000000% but works for me !!

Right have a few problems with devhook 0.51 emulating firmware 3.02. first things first WiFi is down can open the browser but cant connect gives me error 80410d17 also when i play CSO files like PES6 it will just crash although they work under the 2.71 firmware emulation.
i like firmware 3.02 but its just not got it all for me. And before you say well why not just use firmware 2.71 all the time becaue GTA_VCS UMD asks for a firmware version 3.00 and wont play on 2.71 althought it atleast runs on 3.02
any help to get those two things would be great.

i have a v1.5 psp running devhook 0.51. i start devhook running v3.01 firmware and und emulation to boot a file. the psp restarts and runs 3.01 perfectly...i pop in a umd and it reads it as nfs carbon...i click it...it goes past that white psp screen...then asks if i want enable autosave...i said yes...it goes to load screen...freezes and shuts down...any help with this would be greatly appreciated

i have a 1.5 psp and im currently running .52 devhook with 3.03 fw i heard somewhere you can use this to play cso from the memory stick how do you do this

I think this problem is unusual but.... I have version 1.50. I have installed Devhook Ultimate Installer 1.1.1 which is devhook 0.46 with 2.71 firmware and when i try to play any game left key runs. For example i had fifa 07 installed and the selected player runs left when the psp is idle no other movement key works. same for all other games like sonic and fifa street 2. And i dont know why but the other emulators dnt work in my psp. i tried umd emulator 0.8c and fastloader 0.7. It just hangs when i select a game from any f these emulators. please help.

i have firmware 1.5 on my psp and i have devhook 0.4x, when i try to run a game it says " the game could not be started (800200010 why is this and what do i have to do to get it to work?

hi finally got my hands on a 2.6>1.5 fw running devhook? dunno cos i cant find version number and im trying to get an .iso loaded but the devhook just says can't load/start any ideas. thanx in advance

i am running 1.5 with devhook when i boot up 3.02 my circle and cross button are reverse can some one give me a quick link to the patch to fix this im sure it is some kind of extract to fix it

i upgraded to 3.03...but now my volume is not functioning at all...i've tried everything....i used to have devhook but i took out the files...am i suppose to unflash it? help me, im irked and frustrated!!

Guys... I'm using devhook 3.01... and my bro put Monster Hunter Freedom on it, and it actually worked!
But onto the problem.... I downloaded Megaman Maverick Hunter X, and it's around 400 or so mb (and it fits), but for some reason, it won't load... it says something like: the disk wasn't read, and when I changed it from emulation to UMD, the UMD itself came up, not Megaman.
What's wrong? My dl or my settings? If it's my dl, please give me a safe and good link

Btw, I found something about a MPH loader being a necessity for Maverick hunter... if it is, can someone give me clear instructions, and tell me whether or not it is a risk to run it with firmware 3.01 (devhook'd)

woooohoooooooooo!!!
I have just set up 3.03 oe b on my psp and it's just great!!
I don't have to use any loaders eg. Devhook!!!
I can run iso's without any UMD's. How cool is that?!?!?
Problem is, I still can't run certain iso's including my beloved mgs:po.
That is the whole reason why I upgraded from 1.5
Can somebody please help me out? Is anyone able to run mgs portable ops on a 3.03 oe-b and how to do it??
Thanks eternalis for your upgrading guide. Now I just need to know how to run metal gear and the rest of my files.
Im soon going to be playin psx games. I'll let u all know how that goes!

Hey all, I followed this procedure http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/79/399310 and everything's ok. In this installation I got Chaos Zero 1.5 FW, which I launch using DEVHOOK launcher/VSHEX Mod, and 3.02 FW which I load using Devhook 0.51 BETA. Now, everything's fine with the 0.51, 3.02. But when I try to load iso's with 1.5FW, I go to GAME/UMD and my inserted UMD is shown, when I press HOME i get a 1.5FW / 100% / 222/111 Mhz at the bottom of the screen, if I hold it I get another menu at the same position, with background status, cso/bus cache and other settings. Could anyone tell me how to change the ISO? (in 3.02 all i do is press home, change the EMULATION selection and it's fine) Thanks.

help meeeeeee! i am dumping my umds by using fastloader 7 then i transfer to the computer i cant seem to create an iso from my dump how do i turn my umd dump into an iso so that i can transfer to psp and use devhook do i need software for this, sorry if im in the wrong thread cheers

I dont know why people are running Devhook anymore.
Downgrade to 1.5, and then use a custom Firmware (like Dark_AleX's 3.03 OE-A/B) its just... better?
no taking up room on the memory card
no running programs
just pick ur ISO games from the memory card
a hell..u can even play PSX games on ur psp !
PSP -> 2.60 TA-082 + 2.71 - 1.5 + 3.03 OE-A + OE-B + OE-C + 3.52 M33 - 3.40 OE-A + 3.52 M33-4 + 3.71 M33-4 + 4.01 M33-2 w/ 1.50 k = dropped 1ft and lost my PSP permanently

Wait, MGS:PO doesn't work on 3.03 OE-B? Or is that a problem you've been having for a while with the game before getting 3.03 OE-B?
I have the game and I've ripped it to ISO and it runs fine on DH 0.51 BETA under FW emulation 3.01.
I was going to install 3.03 OE-B, but if some games won't work...
But anyway, here's my question: how do I completely uninstall DH? Do I simply format the memory stick or do I need to uninstall DH files from flash0 and/or flash1?
Any help appreciated.

Can someone help See i used devhook 0.51 when ever i load my games a error appears sayin settings corrupted please press circle to change to default settings i pressed circle then the same thing happened its not because the isos are corrupted because is working on devhok 0.46 so can someone please help
