Theres a 3.50 downgrader. Update to 3.50 then use the Lumines downgrade. Just make sure you can get a copy of Lumines before updating.

How does the lumines downgrade work do i just put it in and downgrade it there.
Can i play PSX games thru the 3.50 firmware.....but iam guessing tht i need to downgrade first

hey again i have bought lumines but i cant find any 3.50 firmware that will work, it keeps coming up corrupt. if i upgrade to 3.51 thru the network upgrade will the lumines exploit still work???
I am from the UK lol

wat the 3.51??!?!
the lumines is pre-owned, been there a while they been trying to shift it lol
umm i have tried to find 3.50 firmwares but i can only find north american ones and it says corrupt data whenever i go into games on the psp
do you have any tips? Or websites that i can download from?thanks again

wel put the the 3.50 update in the GAME folder then UPDATE then rename it to EBOOT.pbp i think or UPDATE.PBP

Thank You i had to rename it first while in my documents, lol it had some numbers at the front of EBOOT thats why.

umm i now have another hiccup i will list what i did:
- I updated my firmware to 3.50 that was fine
- downloaded the 1.50 update
- Downloaded The 3.50 downgrader and looked at the how to.
- So i replaced the PSP folder from the MS_roots folder
- Renamed the Eboot.pbp to Update.pbp and placed it in the PSP>GAME>UPDATE folder but i didnt replace the eboot folder that already existed
- Put the Lumines game in and it loaded pressed X to start up but the game started and didnt go black and then blue it just started the game instead.
-So hen350 never initiated
Have you got any ideas again

No you do not need to format the memory card.(only move your app to the GAME150 after you have updated)
and yes you can switch between memory cards.

MAKE SURE TO BE CHARGING YOUR PSP WHEN DOING THIS!

guys plz help me..
my prginal FW is 1.5, i was on 3.03OE-C earlier..upgraded it to 3.40 oe-A n everythng was fine until i installed themes from http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Easy-Theme-Flasher-...13563/catid/151
i forgot to take the backup of the original theme and after installing them, i wasn't able to play the iso's.
SO I did the 1.5 recovery from this thread, upgraded it to 3.03 OE-C using the winstaller, formatted my MS
changed my recovery settings to
no umd- disabled,kernel - 1.5, CPU speed for XMB- 333 MHZ
now when i go to game>MS to play the iso and hit on X, black screen appears and nothing shows up..i have to hold the power-off/on swtich for 8-10 sec. to turn the PSP off.
Please advice what should I do.

I tried to go to 1.5> 3.40 oe-A but same issue is occuring. is my recovery settings messed up?

I have downgraded my psp to 1.5, and I want to convert it to 3.03 OE-C. But, my question is how to download the psp games when I have 3.03OE-C, does psp with 3.03OE-C is compatable with most games? Thanks

how to download the games? do you mean like how to put them in your PSP? you just create a folder named "ISO" in your rot folder of the memory stick and then you can put the games (ISO and CSO) there in that folder. About your other question if 3.03 OE-C is compatible with most games, the answer is yes. However, the newer games will require an updated firmware and you cannot play these games if you are on 3.03 OE-C. What you can do is to instal 3.40 OE-A if you want to play most like all games as of the moment
