hey guys, i finally got to changing the fonts and the XMB icons on my PSP through recovery>toggle flash 0! all i need to do is find a way to get custom waves and change the words on my menu. can one of you tell me how to do this through recovery mode and toggleing flash 0? thanks so much!!

hodgins91 i got up to the part where i enable it through recovery but after that i got XMB. now what do i do.

where do i put the RCO file uguys are uploading? i dont get all this. i would like to know how to make my waves different. but im not gonna customize it. im just gonna download the ones that have been uploaded(thank you) onto my psp. pease tel me what to do.

well you didnt search hard enuff. U need 1.5 or a custom firmware. topmenu_plugin.rco goes in flash0:\vsh\resource

i can only find the F0 folder in dh/3.03/
and when i put it in there it orks well. but it only works when i am in the emulated version of 3.03

that is because ur emulating the firmware. this is for a custom firmware like i said earlier. it actually has to be flashed to the psp.

oh. so it cannot be on the fw 1.5. it has to be on custom fw?

i kinda dont wanna upgrade to oec 3.03 cuz i heard that there are some things that xflash cannot work with it

that is true. but u can do everything urself because u can mount flash0/1 over USB. This will also work for 1.5 but u will need to make a topmenu for 1.5, and then flash it to ur psp with pspfiler.

hodg, in that seplugin screenshot prx folder you uploaded, there is no ini file.. should there be one? my ms has a picture folder at the root, not photo in the psp folder like 1.5, so i need a ini to change the output location right? i think i have it right, but i dont know how to use it. do i just load the seplugin folder at the root, and enable the plugin at recovery and thats it? use note button to flik?

well i was bored tryna get a hitman theme goin but i dont think it went too well lol

you cant even tell that its the hitman font lol im off back to my old one. the old one did the "hit" on this one ;)

hodg- i went into the ini and changed the output folder to picture at the root- thats the way my ms formatted.
1Q- is that all i need - the seplugin folder with the prx, ini and the txt? press L and note and it will take a screenie?? no 2 folders in game?
I havent tried yet, but lemme know if thats all i need.

ok. so im going to upgrade my psp tp 3.03 oe-a, then update it again to 3.03 oe-c. or do i have to go to oe-b then oe-c?

goto psp-hacks and get the 303oec installer pack.
go strate to 303oec assuming u have 1.5.

********Now i think its a lil bricked. i reseted it. then it freezez when the XMB is half loaded. u can see the time and the background but thats it. so i reset it and held R. i got to the recovery thing. i pressed 'Run program at recover/eboot' somthing like that. and it just brings me to a black screen everytime
********* i was wondering if anyone can lend me there recovery folder so i can use it instead of the one i have now( the one i have might be wrong one or smthing). i can install it using the usb from the recovery menu i have now.
