hmm well it seems theres no downgrader for 2.81,i mite b wrong tho, only 2.8 and then 3.03
so you will need gta if you have to go to 3.03

Does the 3.40OE-A run CSO's?
I am new to this OE thing. Im an original 1.50 user from back in the day and i have just recently started to use a PSP again.

3.40OE-A is really great!
If anyone has any problems with it, just delete your config.se file from your flash1.

you would need to downgrade to version 1.5, then u can go to 3.40oe-a
however, since u are on 3.40 official sony, theres nothing u can do but wait for a downgrader

guys ive bn stupid n need help ergent. basically i was changing the theme of my 3.04oea and made a folder on my desktop called flash0 back up and then like an idiot i forgot to actually make the copy n the theme i tried didnt work so im fucked so what i need is some one who has 3.40oea to send me a copy of their flash0 files (as long as you havent changed any thing to it.

kunfuboy, yea when it comes out ill help ya so u can do it rite
tom321, hey man if u can still get into ur recovery menu, u can access up psp via usb, load the 1.5 recovery and reinstall 3.40oe-a that way, or i can get those files to u, i have em backed up, just not uploaded, pm me if u want em

just get an easy installer it will be a lot.... easier

I'm trying to update to 3.40 OE A. I have the original 1.50 firmware and I followed the tutorial to the letter but when I try to use the updater it gives me a "The game could not be started" error 80010002. The file below the updater says "corrupted data" if that helps.
Any suggestions/help?

try formatting ur memory stick, THEN put the 3.40 OE-A installer on ot, and i think the dorrupted data thing is suppose to happen?

i have a psp 2.71.. and i want to upgrade to a 3.40 oe-a.. but dont you have to have a person with a psp 1.5 to send you this file called a downdater?? because i dont know anyone that has a psp at ALL!!! and if someone who can tell me to how to get that file so i can downgrade my psp to a 1.5 ,, so that i can upgrade to a 3.40 oea.. please someone help.. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
